摘 要
随着中国国力的提升,工业的不断发展,中国的各个行业对高新技术的需求日益增长。同时,也由于国内外环境的影响,无论在民用工业方面,还是军用工业方面都迫切地需要打破西方国家的技术封锁,获得相应的技术以及工业产品。在复合材料领域,因为复合材料具有相对于传统材料更为优秀的各项物理以及力学性能,所以在建筑、石化、军工以及航空航天等领域中应用非常广泛。而随着企业对复合材料日益增长的需求,同时也随着计算机技术的发展,使得微机控制普遍应用于复合材料成型中,极大地促进了复合材料成型技术的发展。当下铺放技术属于复合材料成型技术中的高新技术,拥有着成本低、效率高、可对复杂型面进行成型的优点。但是西方国家对高性能的自动铺丝机(AFP)对我国进行技术封锁,所以我国也大力致力于此方面的研发。
本文是在保证纤维铺放效率并且节约成本的前提下,对灵活多变且铺放高质高效的自适应铺丝头进行设计。本文仅仅涉及机械部分,对微机控制部分等不进行研究。
本文的研究工作主要包括:
(1)在保证3路预浸丝束的牵引/输送、施压紧贴、剪切重送功能的基础上,完成自适应铺丝头的总体设计方案;
(2)基于自适应铺丝头的总体方案,完成主要部件即压紧头的设计;
(3)基于预浸丝束的各项特点,完成牵引输送、冷却、剪切、重送装置的设计;
(4)考虑各个机构的动作特点,完成对气缸和伺服电机的选型;
(5)在保证各功能部件动作灵活的前提下,对各个装置进行布局,并保证丝束不会发生粘连现象,各个丝束之间铺放协调且互不干扰。

With the improvement of China's national strength, the continuous development of industry, China's various industries on the growing demand for high-tech. At the same time, due to the impact of domestic and foreign environment, both the civilian industry and the military industry are eager to break the Western countries to block the technology, access to the appropriate technology and industrial products. In the field of composite materials, because the composite material has a better physical and mechanical properties than the traditional materials, it is widely used in construction, petrochemical, military and aerospace fields. With the growing demand for composite materials, but also with the development of computer technology, making the computer control is widely used in composite molding, which greatly promoted the development of composite molding technology. The current laying technology belongs to the composite technology in the high-tech, with low cost, high efficiency, can be complex shape of the advantages of forming. However, the Western countries on the high-performance automatic machine (AFP) on China's technical blockade, so our country is also committed to this aspect of research and development.
This article is to ensure the efficiency of fiber laying and cost savings under the premise of flexible and flexible and laying high quality and efficient adaptive shop head design. This article only involves the mechanical part, the computer control part does not carry on the research.
The research work in this paper mainly includes:
