摘 要
人工运货对于每个行业来说是非常重要的,目前由于经济发展迅速,简单运货方式已满足不了市场需求,许多国家对智能搬运车辆的设计给予了极大的关注。在机器人学中,移动机器人为的是在复杂环境里应用人工智能技术,从而对机器人系统的智能化有初步的认知,即机器人可以自主完成一定的任务。由于移动机器人中的智能车辆对于工业生产的重要性,智能车辆取得了广泛的关注。智能搬运车在工业生产生活中,通过一定的设计和安装,可应用于生产流水线、机床生产和货物的搬运,减轻了运货人员的负担,市场发展形势一片光明。
本文首先对智能搬运车的发展进行了简单的介绍,以及对智能搬运车未来发展的方向进行了分析,又仔细分析了智能搬运机器人的机械结构和总体设计要求,完成搬运车总体结构设计。
其次,对智能搬运车MultiFLEX-AVR控制器进行分析的基础上,学习相关软件,完成了控制系统和驱动电路设计、传感器系统设计、搬运车运行路线的软件设计以及相关舵机控制参数调整。随后运用编写的程序对机器人进行调试,实现了机器人搬运货物的具体要求,完成了智能搬运车的总体设计。
最后,总结概括全论文内容,并对接下来的深入研究提出建议。

The design and control of intelligent vehicle
Abstract
Artificial delivery is very important for every industry.At present, due to the economic development is rapid, simple way to freight already cannot satisfy the market demand,many countries give great attention to the design of intelligent transportation vehicles.In robotics, mobile robot is in order to apply artificial intelligence technology in complex environment, so as to have a preliminary cognition on the intelligent robot system, namely the robot can independently accomplish a certain task.Due to the importance of intelligent vehicle for industrial production of the mobile robot, intelligent vehicle has obtained the widespread attention.In the industrial production life,intelligent truck through a certain design and installation can be applied to production line, machine tool production and handling of goods. It reduces the burden of the delivery personnel and its market development situation is bright.
The article firstly introduce the development of intelligent truck, as well as to analysis the intelligent truck development direction in the future, and carefully analyses the intelligent handling robot mechanical structure and general design requirements, complete the overall structural design.
Secondly, based on analysising the MultiFLEX - AVR controller of movable intelligent , I has been learned related software and completed the design of control system,drive circuit, sensors system and the running route of the truck, adjusted the steering gear control parameters. Then use the programs written for robot to debug, implemented the specific requirements for cargo handling robot and completed the overall design of intelligent truck.
Finally, summarize the whole thesis, and put forward for the next further research.
