柔性瓶涂胶装置的机构设计毕业论文

摘 要

本论文是对涂胶装置进行研究设计。随着社会科学技术的发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,企业生产产品的周期日趋缩短,在不影响生产质量的情况下,提高生产效率成为企业在市场上的主要竞争因素。

涂胶装置是包装机的包装技术的关键技术之一, 涂胶是贴标包装系统的一道重要的工艺。涂胶装置的效率以及性能的好坏对整个包装机性能的起着非常关键的作用。本课题主要针对柔性瓶的涂胶装置进行研究,柔性瓶的涂胶是一个相对复杂的环节,此次柔性瓶的涂胶装置设计遵循以下基本要求:能可靠地完成涂胶动作;不会损坏柔性瓶;遵循小型、轻量、高效的原则,力求结构简单。

本设计运用气动出胶的方式,保证出胶的均匀,提高涂胶质量;运用滚珠丝杠进行传动,保证了涂胶的稳定性和可靠性。运用电机给丝杠提供动力,自动化运行,避免了人为因素造成的涂胶质量,提高了生产效率。此外,根据一般的涂胶装置只能满足一个方向或者是点的涂胶工作,而有的柔性瓶需要完成弧形涂胶,除了丝杠传动之外,本设计还引入了转动气缸带动涂胶装置在一定角度范围内转动,从而完成涂胶工作。本设计采用直线和旋转两种运动相互结合来完成弧形涂胶工作。

Abstract

This paper is to design the gluing device. With the development of social science and technology, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce, and the period of production is becoming shorter and shorter. Without affecting the quality of production, improving production efficiency has become the main competitive factor in the market.

The gluing device is one of the key technologies of the packaging technology of the packaging machine, and the gluing is an important process of the labeling packaging system. The efficiency and performance of the gluing device play a key role in the performance of the whole packaging machine. This paper mainly studies the gelatinizing device of the flexible bottle. The gelatinizing device of the flexible bottle is a relatively complex link. The design of the gelatinizing device of the flexible bottle follows the following basic requirements: it can complete the gelatinizing action reliably; it will not damage the flexible bottle; it follows the principle of small size, light weight and high efficiency, and strives to be simple in structure.

In this design, pneumatic delivery is used to ensure the uniformity of delivery and improve the quality of coating; ball screw is used for transmission to ensure the stability and reliability of coating. The use of electric motor to provide power for the lead screw, automatic operation, to avoid human factors caused by the coating quality, improve production efficiency. In addition, according to the general gluing device can only meet the gluing work in one direction or point, and some flexible bottles need to complete the arc gluing. In addition to the lead screw drive, the design also introduces a rotating cylinder to drive the gluing device to rotate within a certain angle range, so as to complete the gluing work. In this design, two kinds of movements, straight line and rotation, are combined to complete the arc coating work.

柔性瓶自诞生以来,在我们的日常生活中就得到了广泛应用,具有绿色环保、可重复利用、加工简单等优点,现如今已成为生活中一种不可缺少的必需品。而涂胶这道工序将直接影响贴标的质量,甚至对产品质量和销售产生重大影响。

涂胶装置主要是将液态胶水涂在需要涂胶表面上的一种机械装置,近些年来,科学技术快速发展,凭借着机电一体化给工业生产车间带来了新兴生产力,这使得涂胶装置在机械设备和维修中得到广泛应用。
