摘 要

随着社会经济与科技的不断发展，包装也在不断地进步，包装机械给人类的生产和生活都带来了极大的便利。在现代社会中，各种各样的包装机在不断的发展，工业在我国的地位也在不断的上升，所以在工业化生产的产品也越来越让人满意，而包装机械深入研究的意义也愈发明显。在传统的包装机械上，包装机在生产的过程中需要人为的给予协助，也需要周围设备的辅助，而在包装机的发展趋势上来看，包装机械愈发地趋近于智能化、自动化和绿色化。在包装机械不断发展的过程中，包装机械内部也需要不断地改进，以便于机械更好的适应生活和生产，更加的符合“人机工程学”。

包装机械在生活中的运用愈发广泛，其中粉末包装机在包装机械中更是占有较大的地位。粉末包装机机体组成较为简单，而本文所涉及的纵封器正是粉末包装机的一个重要组成部分。纵封器的零件组成较为简单，主要由气缸活塞带动上下底板呈直线往复运动，使得热封板不断地闭合与分开，从而达到热封的目的。本文就纵封器的整体零件进行设计，期望改进并提高纵封器的整体水平。

Abstract

With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology, packaging is also in constant progress, packaging machinery to human production and life have brought great convenience. In modern society, all kinds of packaging machines are constantly developing, and the status of industry in China is also rising, so the products produced in industrial production are more and more satisfactory, and the significance of in-depth research on packaging machinery is becoming more and more obvious. In the traditional packaging machinery, packaging machine in the process of production needs to give artificial assistance, also need the assistance of surrounding equipment, and in the development trend of packaging machine, packaging machinery is increasingly close to intelligent, automatic and green. In the process of continuous development of packaging machinery, packaging machinery needs to be constantly improved, in order to better adapt the machinery to life and production, more in line with the "ergonomics".

Packaging machinery is increasingly used in life, among which powder packaging machine occupies a larger position in the packaging machinery. The body composition of powder packaging machine is relatively simple, and the longitudinal seal involved in this paper is an important part of the powder packaging machine. The components of the vertical seal are relatively simple. The upper and lower bottom plates are driven by the piston of the cylinder to reciprocate in a straight line, which makes the heat seal plate close and separate continuously, so as to achieve the purpose of heat seal. This paper designs the whole part of the longitudinal seal and hopes to improve the whole level of the longitudinal seal.

1.1纵封器的研究背景及研究意义

时光如梭，我们人类社会文明一直在不断地进步，工业水平在社会中也在的不断提升，包装机械也在不断地进步，包装工业在我国经济总水平中占有较为突出的地位，并且更加的有利于我们的进步。这展现出了一些非凡的意义，一方面显示出现代社会的工业化水平是在不断地提高的，另一方面又可以看出人们在选购商品时不光在乎商品的质量高低，也在于产品外包装的整洁程度。人们越来越倾向于物美价廉的产品，而在现有条件不能支持产品在生产过程中既保证质量符合要求又保证产品外观美观得体的情况下，工业化包装机器就会迅猛的发展，可以说人们对于产品的要求在包装机械的发展方面起到了非常大的正向作用^[1]。

从世界那么大的角度来看，包装机械工业化生产是一个市场潜力巨大且正在蓬勃发展的朝阳行业，已经在各国国民经济中占有重要的地位。包装机械在社会生活中起到了重要作用，它可以提高劳动生产率，在相同时间进行更多的生产。它还可以改善生产环境，包装机械可以使工厂更加现代化，改善以往工厂脏乱差的环境。除此之外，包装设备还可以在工厂中代替人类劳动以减少人员成本的支出，并且比人工做的更好，使产品更加美观整洁，更加的促进人们购买的欲望，使商品相对于人工手工生产来说具有更高的市场竞争力，可以使我们的社会发展更快，人们获得的收益更高。目前，在世界包装设备范围内做的比较好的有美、日、德、意等国家，这些国家生产的包装设备品种比较多、数量巨大，同时质量也有很高的保证，这也使其在国际市场上具有较高的占有率^[2]。
