摘 要

对学校而言，教育的重点是立人立德。学生的德育是学校工作的重中之重。德育工作覆盖学生课堂行为表现、心情健康、日常生活、社团活动方方面面。基于积分制的德育管理系统在很多学校实践非常成功。德育管理系统需要记录积分管理的各种德育评分，并予以输出，激励学生成长。

本文主要设计了四大功能模块，公共模块，管理员模块，教师模块和学生模块。开发实现了公共信息查询，用户登录，学生德育记录评分查询，学生留言，学生发布生活学习动态，教师管理学生德育记录信息，教师回复学生留言，学生考评等德育系统常用功能。

为更好的配合教师的德育工作，本文引入敏捷的开发模式。敏捷开发方法是一种基于迭代和增量式开发的软件方法学，高度聚焦于实现用户价值，强调软件开发过程中人与人之间的沟通，注重系统的可用性及用户体验，通过交流适应需求的变化，最终令用户满意，并且致力于消除开发过程中的各种浪费。它通过各个团队的紧密配合使用户需求和解决方案持续演化，激励开发团队及时地响应变化。

基于敏捷实践开发的学校德育管理系统和传统的德育管理模式相比，在迭代的过程中持续交付最有价值的用户需求，边开发边使用边改进，实现了德育管理系统的信息化和规范化，为素质教育的全面实现打下了基础。

Abstract

For schools, moral education is the most important. The students' moral education is the key of the school work. The moral education work includes all aspects such as students’ classroom behaviors, emotional health, daily life, and club activities. The moral education management system based on the credit system worked successfully in many schools. It need to record all kinds of moral evaluation, and output it to encourage students to grow.

In this paper, I designed the two big function modules, teacher module and student module. Developed the public information query, user login, students’ moral education record score query, students’ messages, students’ everyday life publishment, students moral education record management, teachers respond to students' message, student assessment and other commonly used functions of moral education system.

In order to cooperate with teachers' moral education work better, this paper introduced the agile development mode. Agile development method is a kind of software development methodology based on iterative and incremental development, highly focused on the user's value, emphasis on communication between people in the software development process, pay attention to the usability and user experience of system, through the communication to adapt to the change of demand,finally give user satisfaction, and is committed to eliminate all kinds of waste in the process of development. It makes user requirements and solutions evolve continuesly through the closely cooperation of various team, motivates the development team in response to changes in a timely manner.

School moral education management system based on agile practices development compared with the traditional management mode of moral education, constantly deliver the most effective user value in the process of rapid iteration, develop,use and improve at the same time, realize the informatization and standardization of the moral education management system, lays a foundation for the implementation of quality education.

第1章 绪论

1.1系统开发背景

教育的灵魂在于德育。蔡元培曾经说过，“德育实为完全人格之本，若无德则虽体魄智力发达，适足助其为恶，无益也”^[1]。

学校学生的德育管理是学校工作的重中之重，调查显示，部分学校对学生的德育方面的管理还是采取的从前原始的手段。譬如将每天值日检查的情况记录在纸质的工作日志上，或者运用word文档、Excel表格进行简单的录入存储。由于德育记录信息种类繁杂，更新速度较快，每月、每周、每天，管理者都会添加大量新的数据需要处理，德育管理工作很容易陷入混乱而出错。面对庞大的手工记录的数据和零散冗杂的文档备案^[2]，查询某个特定学生的德育信息是一件很麻烦的事情，记录的数据信息记录人员只是当时对它比较清楚，时间一长，想要再去查询旧的信息，就要在密密麻麻的工作日志中翻阅查找，无疑让简单的查询操作变得既费时又费力，给德育管理者了解各个学生或者学生自己查询自己的德育信息造成了极大的不便，并且不一定可以查找成功。

虽然如今我国不少学校都开始实行德育积分制管理，但是在实际的操作过程中，学生个人德育行为表现的分值管理，例如日常的德育表现得分扣分信息的输入输出是一项十分繁杂、棘手的工作。学生德育评价的原则标准涉及的方面较广，德育考核的内容很多，工作量太大，而且往往要求在很短的时间内完成，工作时间紧迫，采取传统的管理方式很容易出现各种各样的问题，导致效率极低，直接影响德育教育的效果。总的来说，就是缺乏智能、系统、规范的信息管理手段，这给学校学生的德育信息管理带来了不小的困扰。
