沥青混合料拌和楼级配变异性的影响因素研究毕业论文

摘 要

沥青混合料拌和楼是沥青路面机械化施工的最重要的设备,其工作状况的好坏直接影响沥青混和料的生产质量。沥青混合料是由粗集料、细集料、矿粉和沥青,以及外加剂组成的复合材料[1]。矿料级配是通常用标准筛各个筛网孔径的通过率表示的沥青混合料中各种不同规格粒径的矿料分布。矿料级配直接影响沥青混合料路面承受荷载的能力,在高温状态下抗车辙的能力和在低温状态下的抗裂性能,以及沥青混合料路面的防水能力,是影响沥青混合料质量的至关重要的因素。由于沥青混合料拌和楼的级配精度会直接影响沥青混合料的路用性能,而在沥青混合料的拌和生产过程中影响沥青混合料拌和楼的级配精度因素很多,研究沥青混合料拌和楼级配的影响因素,从而指导拌和楼生产级配优良的沥青混合料非常有必要。本文将通过调查法、文献研究法等研究方法,并查阅大量参考文献及调研资料,从而掌握该课题目前的研究现状。在总结已有的研究成果的基础上,逐步开展研究。基于武汉市西四环吴家山至沌口段路面工程施工现场调试、使用沥青混合料拌和楼的经验和沥青混合料拌和楼在工作过程中出现的问题,本文主要对原材料离析对沥青混合料拌和楼级配的影响、冷料级配阶段对沥青混合料拌和楼级配的影响、除尘装置对沥青混合料级配的影响、集料加工振动筛配筛和沥青混合料拌和楼振动筛配筛对沥青混合料级配的影响、热料仓对沥青混合料拌和楼级配的影响、拌和机组对沥青混合料拌和楼级配的影响进行研究分析。

Abstract

Asphalt mixing plant is the most important equipment of Asphalt Pavement construction, its condition directly affects the quality of production of mixed materials. Asphalt mixing plant is a composite material composed of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, slag and asphalt, as well as the admixtures. Aggregate Gradation refers to the distribution of mineral aggregate asphalt mixture of different particle sizes and generally it is expressed by various sieve through rate. It is the most important characteristic of asphalt mixture of mineral aggregate, affecting virtually almost all the important characteristics of asphalt mixture, including stiffness, stability, durability, water permeability, workability, fatigue resistance, skid resistance even the nature of anti-cracking ability. Because in the production process of the control precision of the asphalt mixing plant by the influence of many factors, the control precision of the asphalt mixing plant will directly influence of mineral aggregate gradation composition, thus affecting the asphalt pavement of the road performance.This article through investigation, literature study and other research methods, and to consult a large number of references and research data to grasp the current status of research on this subject. On the basis of summarizing the existing research results, the research is carried out step by step. On the base of the experience and practical problems when we debug asphalt mixing plant in Caidian District of Wuhan City West Fourth Ring Road construction site, This paper mainly studied and analyzed influence of raw materials of mineral aggregate gradation , cold aggregate gradation stage of mineral aggregate gradation, and a dust removal device , vibration sieve for the gradation of asphalt mixture.
