无机膜射流乳化重油的研究任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

已有研究表明,膜乳化是一种新型的乳化方式,相对于传统的机械乳化具有低能耗、低剪切力、表面活性剂用量少的优点,更适用于实际生产中的应用。

课题选择采用膜乳化的方法,以解决实际生产过程中重油粘稠,不易雾化的问题,提高后期轻质油的产率。

一般的膜乳化技术是在边界层进行乳化,通量较低,而膜射流乳化则是在主体相中进行乳化,效率高,膜通量大。
