用于乙酸乙酯生产的4-羟基苯磺酸催化复合膜的制备及表征任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

论文要求学生考察改性聚乙烯醇膜及海藻酸钠膜的制膜条件,了解渗透汽化过程的原理,表征膜在渗透汽化过程中对乙醇/水体系的分离性能;通过实验,得到乙酸乙酯酯化反应的最佳条件;通过合理的实验设计,考察渗透汽化与酯化反应相耦合时对转化率的影响,并将实验结果与非耦合过程的结果进行比较。

通过上面的实验,培养学生综合设计实验能力、动手能力以及对实验获得的数据进行分析的能力,同时提高学生的外文翻译水平,为毕业生走上工作岗位或者继续深造提供良好的帮助。

3. 毕业设计(论文)进程安排

1、2月11号3月27号#8212;#8212;准备阶段 对相关文献进行翻译,并撰写实验计划和开题报告。

2、4月5号4月下旬#8212;#8212;实验阶段 学习以sa- mos2膜为分离层,pva接枝4-羟基苯磺酸为催化层的复合膜的制备,表征膜在渗透汽化过程中对乙醇/水体系的分离性能,结合乙酸乙醇酯化反应的最佳条件,考察催化膜对耦合酯化反应的影响并对催化膜进行表征、分析。

3、4月下旬到5月中旬#8212;#8212;总结阶段 整理实验数据,撰写毕业论文。
