Cu-Zn双金属吸附剂的制备及其性能研究毕业论文

摘 要

气体吸附在化学工业、石化工业、制药工业、能源和环境科学等诸多领域中作为一项分离技术而被广泛使用。吸附剂本身的结构性质是影响吸附分离性能的关键因素。而SBA-15作为一种典型的介孔分子筛吸附剂,具有比表面积大、均一的孔道分布、孔径可调和水热稳定性高等特点,拥有着良好的应用前景。但由于其为纯氧化硅介孔材料,在实际应用中有非常大的局限性,所以对SBA-15的改性研究也越来越多。

传统方法通常采用焙烧后的SBA-15制备吸附剂,这样不利于活性组分的分散。本文采用原粉SBA-15制备吸附剂,拟通过利用模板剂和硅壁之间的超微空间以及原粉中所含有的丰富硅羟基实现金属氧化物的分散。通过固相研磨法制备了不同铜和锌含量的样品3Cu-3ZnAS和5Cu-5ZnAS,又利用焙烧脱除模板剂的SBA-15制备了对比样品3Cu-3ZnCS和5Cu-5ZnCS。本文在制备样品吸附剂的基础上,主要研究了其结构特点、分散机理和吸附分离丙烯丙烷的性能。我们对制备的吸附剂进行XRD、BET、IR和TG表征。结果证明Cu和Zn的引入保持了SBA-15原有的有序孔道结构,Cu-ZnAS样品比Cu-ZnCS的分散性好,而且在分离丙烯丙烷的实验中,Cu-ZnAS比Cu-ZnCS的分离效果好。

Preparation and Properties of Cu-Zn/SBA-15 Adsorbent

Abstract

Gas adsorption is widely used as a separation technology in various fields including chemical industry, petrochemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, energy and environmental science. The structural property of adsorbent itself is the key factor affecting the adsorption and separation performance. SBA-15, a kind of typical mesoporous molecular sieve adsorbent, due to its large specific surface area, uniform straight channel, adjustable pore size and high hydrothermal stability, has a good application prospect. However, as a pure silica mesoporous material, it has great limitations in practical application, so more and more researches on modifying SBA-15 have been carried out.

In traditional process, it is the calcined SBA-15 to prepare adsorbent, which is not conducive to the dispersion of the load. In this paper, the adsorbent was prepared by using the original powder of SBA-15. It is intended to disperse metal oxides by using the ultraspace between the template agent and the silicon wall and the rich silica hydroxyl contained in the powder. 3Cu-3ZnAS and 5Cu-5ZnAS with different copper and zinc contents were prepared by solid phase grinding. The comparison samples of 3Cu-3ZnCS and 5Cu-5ZnCS were prepared by using SBA-15, which was used to roast the template remover. Based on the preparation of the sample adsorbent, the structure characteristics, dispersion mechanism and properties of propylene propane were studied. These samples were characterized by XRD, BET, IR and TG. The result shows that the introduction of Cu and Zn keeps the original highly ordered pore structure of SBA-15, and Cu-ZnAS have better dispersion than Cu-ZnCS. In the experiment of separating propylene and propane, Cu-ZnAS had better separation performance than Cu-ZnCS.
