#160;tio2 是新一代催化剂载体材料,能够与催化剂的活性组分发生”强相互作用”,可显著提高催化剂的单位活性,在加氢脱硫、选择性催化还原和低温氧化等与环境相关的催化反应中表现出了良好的应用潜力。
然而,目前鲜见 tio2 作为催化剂载体大规模工业应用的相关报道。
常规的 tio2 存在比表面积低( 2/g)、热稳定性差(在 550 oc 时发生锐钛矿转成金红石相)、机械性能低(抗破碎强度 1~2 n/mm)等结构问题,普遍观点认为比表面积低导致 tio2 负载的活性组分量少,进而降低了反应活性位的数量,最终造成 tio2 催化剂整体的催化性能不佳。
