摘 要
油田废水的特点包括高盐度和高腐蚀性,在这一前提下如何有效缓解腐蚀成为了重要问题。为了更好的保护油气行业设备设施,减少损失,为防护手段如缓蚀剂等的研究打好基础,对于腐蚀机理的研究是必不可少的。本文以模拟油田废水为目标水样,使用N80挂片模拟石油钢管进行实验,目的是筛选出具有优秀缓蚀能力的复配缓蚀剂配方。
在实验过程中我选择了失重法作为主要的研究及筛选方法,同时配合电化学极化曲线对于所选配方进行理化分析。根据以往研究的结果来看,我们初步选定了以下几种缓蚀剂进行实验:ODD、ATMP、三聚磷酸钠、HEDP、磷酸、有机磷H、无水氯化锌。并对以上几种缓蚀剂进行了组合复配,分成了具有平行价值的几组进行了实验。在使用失重法的筛选过程中,每个配方都进行了三组平行实验以保证准确。一组配方最终脱颖而出。这组配方包括46mg/L的三聚磷酸钠、96mg/L的有机磷H和18mg/L的HEDP。在实验过程中这组配方的结果最终达到了0.071925mm/a的缓蚀速率和76%以上的缓蚀率,纵向对比整个实验过程中其他配方都不具有相同的优势。

Screening and Application of Corrosion Inhibitors in an Oilfield in Northwest China
ABSTRACT
The characteristics of oilfield wastewater include high salinity and high corrosivity. How to effectively mitigate corrosion under this premise has become an important issue. In order to better protect the equipment and facilities of the oil and gas industry, reduce losses, and lay a good foundation for the research of protective means such as corrosion inhibitors, it is indispensable for the study of corrosion mechanism. In this paper, the simulated water-oil wastewater was used as the target water sample, and the N80 hanging piece was used to simulate the petroleum steel pipe. The purpose was to screen out the compound corrosion inhibitor formula with excellent corrosion inhibition ability.During the experiment, I chose the weight loss method as the main research and screening method, and at the same time, the electrochemical polarization curve was used for physical and chemical analysis of the selected formula. Based on the results of previous studies, we initially selected the following corrosion inhibitors: ODD, ATMP, sodium tripolyphosphate, HEDP, phosphoric acid, organophosphorus H, and anhydrous zinc chloride. The above several corrosion inhibitors were combined and compounded into several groups with parallel values. In the screening process using the weight loss method, three sets of parallel experiments were performed for each formulation to ensure accuracy. A set of formulas finally stood out. This set of formulations included 46 mg/L sodium tripolyphosphate, 96 mg/L organophosphorus H and 18 mg/L HEDP. During the experiment, the results of this group of formulas finally reached a corrosion inhibition rate of 0.071925 mm/a and a corrosion inhibition rate of 76% or more. The longitudinal comparisons did not have the same advantages in other formulations throughout the experiment.
