摘 要

 随着国家工业化进程的加快，大气污染物一直不断增长。在环境污染日益严重的今天，环境研究与保护已经成为当务之急。 大气污染会损害人类健康、影响植物生长、损害建筑物，给城市居民的生活带来严重的影响。本文通过收集整理2010－2013年中国省际区域大气污染物排放量及大气环境质量数据。通过GIS系统分析大气环境质量空间变化特征，通过空间自相关性分析方法对大气环境质量与大气污染物排放的整体集聚特性和局部集聚特性进行研究。经过研究发现全国各地区大气污染物的排放量在研究时段内呈现先上升后下降的趋势，从空间分布上则呈现出人员密集，工业区域集中的地区大气污染物排放量较高，污染物浓度也较高。因此，省级区域间大气污染物平均浓度和排放量呈现出明显的区域集聚特征，但同时也受到地理因素的影响。本研究旨在为区域性大气污染治理提供科学的依据。

Analysis and Study on the spatial and temporal characteristics of regional atmospheric environment quality in China

Abstract

With the rapid development of urban economy,industrial centralization, population growth and fuel consumption ,the air pollution in and around the city has become increasingly serious..Because the atmospheric pollutants are invisibility ,and the pollutants have features such as flowability , diffusivity，the air pollution is generally invisible .Moreover,the air pollutionis not only a problem of one city,but also a problem of a region.So,improving the air quality in a city only rely on local effort is not enough , the impact between regions should also be taken into consideration. Currently,there are many literates about air pollution or its source .But the forms are basically a single point ,case or short-period studies.Besides,few of them analyzed the characteristics and spatial-temporal differences of the atmospheric pollution on a national wide scale.By using the spatial correlation analysis method,this article aims to analyze the variation trend of atmospheric environmental quality among the provincial regions in China,the overall and local agglomeration features between the atmospheric environmental quality and the atmospheric environmental pollutants, and then come up some effective environmental protection measures.

1.1 研究背景

随着国家工业化进程的加快，所产生的大气污染物一直不断增长，使得空气污染日益严重。大气污染会损害人类健康、影响植物生长、损害建筑物，给城市居民的生活带来严重的影响。同时，由于大气污染问题不仅是一个地区的问题，还是一个区域性的问题，想要改善某个地区大气环境质量仅依靠当地的付出是不够的，还需要考虑到区域之间的影响。而目前对各地区大气污染及污染源分析的文献很多，但基本上都是单点的或是短时期的，针对全国范围的大气污染时空分布特征分析较薄弱。因此，分析我国大气污染的区域分布特征及变化势在必行。
