城市碳排放量核算研究-以杭州市为例毕业论文

摘 要
由于温室气体的排放而导致了全球气候变暖,现在已成为当今国际社会最关注的环境问题之一,国家也越来越重视。城市是经济发展的中心,也是推动能源消费和碳排放不断增加的主要力量,因此本文对杭州市碳排放进行核算研究。本研究根据IPCC排放因子法,将杭州市碳排放源分成工业能源、交通能源、居民生活能源、商业能源、建筑能源、农业能源、工业过程和废物等8个单元,建立了碳排放排放核算体系,对杭州市碳排放特征进行了探索研究。结果显示,杭州市工业能源单元碳排放量是所有核算单元中最大的,为50%-72%;其次为工业过程单元,为17%-32%;第三是交通单元,为5%-12%。杭州市碳排放量在2002-2007年间增速较快,年平均增长率为28%;2002-2014年平均增长率为12%。
根据杭州市碳排量核算结果以及排放特征分析,本文对减排提出了几点建议,包括优化产业结构、优化能源结构、提高工业生产效率、增加能源利用率、加大新能源汽车的使用、绿色出行等。

Carbon accounting for chinese cities— A case of Hangzhou City
Abstract
Due to the greenhouse gas emissions leads to global warming, it is become one of the most concerned about the environmental issues in the international community now, the country is also pay more attention to it. The city is the center of economic development, it is also the main force to promote energy consumption and carbon emissions growing. So this paper makes a research on the carbon emission of Hangzhou city. In this study, according to the IPCC emission factor method . Carbon The emission source of Hangzhou City is divided into eight units ,there are industrial energy consumption, transport energy consumption, household energy, commerce, energy, construction, energy, agriculture, energy, industrial processes and waste, carbon emissions accounting system is established, to Hangzhou City carbon emission characteristics were studied. The results show that the amount of carbon emissions from industrial energy units in Hangzhou city is the largest in all accounting units, which is 50%-72%; the second is the industrial process unit, which is 17%-32%; the third is traffic unit, which is 5%-12%. Hangzhou carbon emissions in the 2002-2007 years growth rate is relatively fast, the average annual growth rate of 28%;the average annual growth rate of 2002-2014 was 12%.
According to Hangzhou City carbon emissions accounting results and emission characteristics analysis, this article puts forward some suggestions on the emission reduction, including the optimization of the industrial structure, optimize the energy structure, improving production efficiency, increase the energy utilization rate, increase the use of new energy vehicles, green travel and so on.
