摘 要

当今世界经济发展已经逐渐成为一个主体，我国经济的发展也成为全球经济发展的一个重要环节。从全球的经济增长点中来看，物流产业对各国的经济的重要性与日俱增。面对转型需求，中国物流企业通过建立自己的新经营模式，对这一趋势的需求做出了回应。但由于第三方物流在我国起步的落后，导致市场竞争环境激烈，且第三方物流公司的实力较弱。因此，对我国物流公司目前运营模式的研究，能让更多的中小企业在找寻相对先进且适合自身发展运营模式的道路上得以借鉴其研究成果。

本文首先对物流公司运营模式的现有理论知识进行了概述，并指出了物流公司的发展现状，对现有的物流公司运营模式进行了分析，指出其优劣势；其次，对现有的物流运营模式进行了分析，指出了物流公司存在的问题，接着对这些问题提出了可优化的方面，指出了优化的具体操作；最后引出德邦物流公司的案例，对德邦物流公司的现状进行分析，并且分析德邦物流公司在发展中存在的问题，对德邦物流公司运营模式存在的问题提出了优化的方案，对其它同类型的物流企业起到了借鉴作用。

Analysis on the Operation Model of Logistics Companies——Taking Deppon as an Example

Abstract

Nowadays, the world economic development has gradually become a subject, and the development of our economy has become an important link in the global economic development.From the point of view of global economic growth, the importance of logistics industry to national economy is increasing day by day.The logistics enterprises in China are facing the need of transformation, and they have set up their own new operation mode. But as a result of the third party logistics in China started relatively backward, and the creation of a competitive market environment, the start strength relatively weak, therefore, the operation mode of the research at present, the logistics company, for more small and medium-sized enterprises find relatively advanced and adapt to their own logistics enterprise operation mode has very important significance.

At first, this paper summarizes the existing theoretical knowledge of the operation mode of logistics companies, and points out the development status of logistics companies, the existing logistics companies operating mode are analyzed, and points out its disadvantages; Secondly, the existing logistics operation mode is analyzed, the problems existing in the logistics company are pointed out, and then the optimized aspects are put forward, and the optimized operation is pointed out. Finally, the case of Deppon logistics company was introduced, and the current situation of Deppon logistics company was analyzed, and the problems existing in the development of Deppon logistics company were analyzed, and the problems of Deppon logistics company were put forward, which provided a reference for other similar logistics enterprises.
