摘 要

近些年，中国高科技产业发展势头迅猛，但是在发展的背后还隐藏着一个容易被忽视的问题，那就是创新成果转化率低。随着科技快速发展，技术的应用寿命也变得越来越短，企业依靠自身的科研力量已满足不了市场需求，研究院所的众多科技创新项目却应得到不合理转化，而造成大量的资源浪费。产学研合作正好可以为企业和科研机构奠定一个技术供给的平台，更快速地推动科技创新成果的转化。

本文首先通过对产学研合作的定义和概念的阐述，了解它发展的近况，得出它对于促进创新及成果转化的作用。另外，虽然国内产学研合作对于推动创新成果转化已经取得较大的进展，但还是存在一些不足。结合目前创新成果转化效率低下的现状，在对大量文献资料进行整合后分析得出，转化资金缺乏、知识产权风险、产学研合作脱节、中介机构不完善是阻碍科技创新成果转化最关键的问题。本文通过对上述关键问题的分析，在产学研合作的分析视角下提出相应对策，希望通过推进产学研的合作来提高科技成果的转化效率。

Research on promote the transformation of technological innovation achievement effectively

——Based on the perspective of industry-university-institute cooperation

Abstract

In recent years, high-tech industry has a rapid development momentum in China. But behind the progress, there also have easily neglected problem, that is innovation achievement conversion rate is low. With the rapid development of science and technology, the life of application also becomes more and more short, the enterprise only rely on its own research strength already cannot be satisfied with the market demand. But many technological innovation project in research institutes can not be transformed reasonable, and cause a lot of waste of resources. Production-study-research cooperation can supply a technical platform for enterprises and institutions to lay, and to promote the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievement more faster.

This paper is based on the definition and concept of production-study-research cooperation, understand the recent situation of its development, it is concluded that it to promote innovation and achievements transformation. In addition, although the domestic production, cooperation in promoting transformation of innovative achievements have been made great progress, but there are still some shortcomings. Together with the present situation of the present low efficiency of innovation achievements, and on a large number of literature data analysis after integration, conversion of lack of funds, intellectual property risk, disconnect production-study-research cooperation, imperfect intermediary institutions is the most critical problem hinder the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievement. In this article, through the analysis of the key problems, put forward the corresponding countermeasure under analysis perspective of Production-study-research cooperation and hope that through promoting production-study-research cooperation to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements.
