企业战略变革在企业发展中至关重要，在战略变革的时候，企业文化是一重要影响因素，企业文化可以指导战略的变革，战略变革也无时无刻不体现出公司的企业文化。恒大集团作为中国著名的地产公司，其内部企业文化和承当社会责任的外部企业文化，使得恒大不断进行精品化、多元化、责任化的变革。

第一章主要介绍了企业战略和企业战略的内涵，包括企业战略变革的概念、主要类型和特征，理解企业战略的重要意义。

然后，第二章主要介绍了企业文化和企业战略变革的关系，首先介绍了企业文化是什么，接着阐述其在企业发展中的作用以及和企业战略的关系、相互影响等。

在第三章，介绍了恒大集团的企业文化，包括以企业宗旨、精神、作风和人才理念为主的内部企业文化以及承担社会责任的外部企业文化。
