后发型企业创新模式研究--以比亚迪公司为例毕业论文

摘 要

创新对一个企业而言,是一个机遇也是一个挑战。而创新对后发型的企业而言,就更加的重要。创新包括很多方面的内容,合适的创新模式可以促进企业的发展,让企业更具有竞争力。所以,企业根据自身需求,选择合适的创新模式将是企业面临的一个重要的挑战。本文将以比亚迪为例,研究后发型企业的创新模式。本文将从比亚迪汽车的发展历程入手,分析指出比亚迪在新能源汽车领域的发展,了解比亚迪汽车是怎样在探索中不断创新,以及比亚迪在进行企业创新时所失败的原因。通过查阅书籍、网上搜集阅览文献资料,对文献资料进行深入解读,分析。论文将采用SWOT分析法,分析与实例相结合,获取较为精确的实例数据,运用理论知识,对比亚迪公司的垂直整合创新以及集成创新做出详细的研究,分析其创新模式,为后发型企业的创新发展提供参考。

Abstract

Innovation for an enterprise is an opportunity but also a challenge. And innovative enterprises of the hair, it is more important. Innovation includes many aspects, the suitable innovation mode can promote enterprise development, so that enterprises more competitive. So, the root enterprises according to their own needs, suitable innovation mode will be the enterprise faces an important challenge. This paper will BYD, for example, study type enterprise innovation model. This paper starts from the development process of BYD Auto. According to the analysis BYD's development in the field of new energy vehicles, understand how in the exploration of continuous innovation, and BYD BYD Auto In enterprise innovation the failure reason. Through the consult books, online collection reading literature, in-depth interpretation of literature, analysis. This paper will use the SWOT analysis method, analysis and examples of a combination, to obtain more accurate instance data, by applying the theory of knowledge, of BYD Company vertical integration and innovation, integration innovation to make detailed study.
