摘 要

随着改革开放的持续深入，各国之间交流日益紧密，我国的高技术企业不止要与国内的同行进行竞争，还将登上世界舞台，与世界各国的同行进行竞争、比较。本土高技术企业面临着多重的现实压力，想要保持自身的活力与市场竞争力，就必须考虑变革创新的问题，更加注重创新与提高技术水平。但由于我国高新技术企业有着起步较晚、工业基础相较发达国家水平低，高新技术方面人才紧缺等问题，在技术创新方面较为滞缓，整个产业呈现着“高技术不高”的严峻现状。于是，越来越多的企业为了谋求更好的发展，选择了合作创新这条道路。企业间的合作创新该如何进行、如何管理、如何协调，这就需要一个良好的机制来与之配合。

本文在对现阶段高新技术企业的合作创新模式下，阐述现有的协调机制的类型与实施情况，并说明其必要性。还将对本国高新技术企业合作创新的现状进行研究，列举并分析其中的关键问题，把我国国情和现实情况相结合，给出合理化的可行建议。

Research on High-technology Enterprises Cooperative Innovation Coordination Mechanism

Abstract

Along with the deepening of China's reform and opening-up, communication between countries increasingly close, the high technology enterprise in our country not only to compete with domestic counterparts, will step onto the world stage, with the rest of the world in the peer competition and comparison. Local high-technology enterprise is facing the reality of multiple pressure, want to maintain their vitality and market competitiveness, must consider the problem of innovation, pay more attention to innovation and improve the level of technology. But because our country high-tech enterprise has a late start, low level of industrial base compared to developed countries, such as new and high technology talent shortage problem, relatively lagging in technology innovation, the industry on the present situation of "high technology is not high". Therefore, more and more enterprises have chosen to innovate this way in order to seek better development. It takes a good mechanism for collaboration between companies to innovate how, how to manage, and how to coordinate.

This paper discusses the types and implementation of the existing coordination mechanism in the cooperation and innovation mode of high-tech enterprises, and explains the necessity. Will also to study the status quo of domestic hi-tech enterprise cooperative innovation, enumerated and analyzed the key problems, we can combine China's national conditions and reality, rationalization Suggestions are given.
