摘 要

本文从阿里巴巴企业的视角出发，从区块链的诞生、三大特点以及目前的研究现状和应用来介绍，结合商业模式的概念和商业模式创新及演进的相关理论，探讨了阿里巴巴在区块链背景下的商业模式演进的三种路径。本文运用了文献研究法、案例分析法和理论分析法，探究了区块链技术面临的大环境，如政策支持、其他高新技术的相辅相成以及针对阿里巴巴自身商业模式痛点的解决，强调了区块链对于阿里的“区块链 ”浪潮影响，同时也全面分析了运用区块链的几大挑战，如技术难点、成本与收益和监管难度，辩证地分析了区块链影响阿里巴巴商业模式演进的因素。

在全面分析的基础上，本文针对阿里巴巴的商业模式演进路径提出了三种设想：（1）弥补式演进。主要是指通过区块链这种先进技术带来的优势对现有的阿里巴巴企业服务的缺陷和漏洞做一个弥补，不改变现存的服务方向和企业定位；（2）取代式演进。此种路径下，阿里巴巴开始初步“去中心化”，以平台的定位，提供区块链经济中商家与用户交易的监管服务，同时维护此系统的有序运作。（3）颠覆式演进。此路径下，阿里巴巴不再作为平台区块的缔造者和所有者，而是作为其他支持辅助方，提供单独的服务区块，如搜素区块，验证区块和技术支持区块等。此时，阿里巴巴最大限度地将权利还给交易的双方，用户和商家则各自独立拥有区块的所有权和控制权，“去中心化”程度极高。由于阿里巴巴业务范围过于庞大，因此在演进路径的具体化中，影响对象一概只针对阿里巴巴的电商平台服务。

本文在讨论了阿里巴巴商业模式演进的三种路径的同时，也对相应的结果分别做出预测。结合目前阿里巴巴的企业特征和相关布局，最后提出认为弥补式演进更适合于目前的阿里巴巴，并且三种演进路径在条件成熟的情况下，可依次过渡，最后达到真正“去中心化”的理想模式。

本文的路径假设和结果都基于在区块链技术背景下的阿里巴巴的实际情况，归纳了区块链目前的研究现状和技术难点，不同于其他学者研究区块链对某个行业的全面影响，本文是切实到阿里巴巴这个具体企业，对三种路径的可行性和结果都作出全面分析，为阿里巴巴的商业模式创新和演进提供了建议和参考，具有一定指导意义。

Abstract

From the perspective of Alibaba enterprise, this paper introduces the birth, three characteristics, current research status and application of blockchain, and discusses three ways of Alibaba's business model evolution under the background of blockchain by combining the concept of business model and relevant theories of business model innovation and evolution. This paper USES the literature research, case analysis and theoretical analysis, explores the block of chain technology circumstance, such as policy support, other high and new technology complement each other and solve their business models spot for Alibaba, emphasized the chain block for Ali block chain" " wave effects, but also comprehensively analyzed the using block chain several challenges, such as technical difficulties, the costs and benefits and regulatory difficulty, dialectically analyzes the block chain factors, which affect the evolution of Alibaba's business model.

On the basis of a comprehensive analysis, this paper proposes three assumptions for the evolution path of Alibaba's business model :(1) compensatory evolution. It mainly refers to making up for the defects and loopholes of the existing Alibaba enterprise services through the advantages brought by the advanced technology of blockchain, without changing the existing service direction and enterprise positioning. (2) substitution evolution. Under such a path, Alibaba begins to "decentralize" initially, to provide the supervision service of the transaction between merchants and users in the blockchain economy based on the positioning of the platform, and at the same time to maintain the orderly operation of the system. (3) disruptive evolution. Under this path, Alibaba will no longer act as the founder and owner of the platform block, but as other supporting auxiliary parties, providing separate service blocks, such as search block, verification block and technical support block. At this point, Alibaba maximizes the return of rights to both sides of the transaction, while users and merchants independently own the ownership and control of the block, with a high degree of "decentralization". Because Alibaba's business scope is too large, in the embodiment of the evolution path, the object of influence is only Alibaba's e-commerce platform services.

This paper discusses the three paths of the evolution of Alibaba's business model and predicts the corresponding results respectively. Based on the enterprise characteristics and related layout of Alibaba at present, it is proposed that the complementary evolution is more suitable for Alibaba at present, and the three evolution paths can be transitioned one by one when conditions are ripe, so as to finally achieve the ideal model of "decentralization".

In this paper, the path of the assumptions and the results are based on the block chain technology under the background of the actual situation of Alibaba, sums up the block chain the current research status and technical difficulties, block chain is different from other scholars research on the full impact of a certain industry, this article is practical and the concrete enterprise to Alibaba, the feasibility and results of three kinds of path is to make a comprehensive analysis, for Alibaba's business model innovation and evolution provides Suggestions and reference, has certain guiding significance.

1. 绪论

1.1研究目的及意义

阿里巴巴集团在1999年成立，集团的业务范围延伸至多个领域，其打造的阿里生态系统惠及了家家户户，淘宝和支付宝更是改变人们生活的一大步。旗下业务和关联公司的业务包括：淘宝网、天猫、聚划算、支付宝、蚂蚁金服、盒马生鲜、闲鱼、阿里云、菜鸟网络等。其中，阿里巴巴的的大部分业务都是围绕着电子商务这一核心区块展开的。

20世纪90年代，互联网技术的兴起，成为了阿里巴巴等众多互联网公司成功的巨大依托。得益于成熟的互联网技术发展，电子商务走进了千家万户，同时阿里巴巴也成为跻身于国内乃至全球顶尖公司。随着电商难点的暴露和全球经济的快速进化，阿里巴巴也在不断谋求着新的出路。如区块链、5G和人工智能等新技术，阿里都有进行相关研究和应用的尝试。

其中区块链技术的出现，成了解决阿里主营的电商业务难点的一大转机。区块链技术的主要特点是去中心化、不可篡改、点对点沟通，恰好为现有电商平台存在的问题提供了可行的解决方案。比如，电商平台“中心化”特征过强，导致用户和商家信息不对称以及用户信息被泄露；电商平台监管不力，存在欺诈交易以及商品溯源问题难解决；跨境电商支付和物流成本高，容易滋生违法行为。

现实意义：自2019年10月习近平总书记发表关于区块链发展的重要指示后，区块链再一次受到了社会各界的广泛关注。阿里巴巴目前在国内的行业地位虽然难以撼动，但在面对竞争激烈的市场，只有抓住每一个创新的机会，阿里才能在“新时代”中一直领跑。区块链技术的兴起和国家层面的明确支持，已经暗示了此技术极有可能会让整个行业发生翻天覆地的变化。或是一次大洗牌，又或是带来另一个新型行业的崛起。阿里巴巴作为行业领导者，必须先于其他对手，率先在商业模式上做出改变。本文以阿里巴巴企业的角度去分析区块链技术与其商业模式融合后的演进路径，提出三种路径假设并做出结果预测，为阿里巴巴的演进提供建议和参考。
