武汉市中小企业员工满意度现状调查及对策毕业论文

摘 要

中小企业员工工作满意度关系到中小企业的经济效益和中小企业的可持续发展。因此,研究中小企业员工工作满意度问题,探究解决中小企业员工工作满意度问题的路径无疑是一项非常有理论与现实意义的工作。

本研究主要采用文献资料调研、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,以武汉市部分中小企业员工为调查对象,以工作满意度为调查内容,以员工满意度量表为测试工具。研究认为,武汉市中小企业发展势头良好,但总体上看武汉市中小企业员工工作满意度处于一般水平。武汉市中小企业员工对工作条件的满意度较高、对企业领导的满意度水平持一般水平、对个人责任感的满意度水平较高、对外在奖励的满意度水平不高。武汉市中小企业员工满意度的成因依次排序为物质回报、企业文化、成长与发展、工作环境、工作群体关系、精神回报。

针对上述问题,提出了改善薪酬制度,提高员工待遇水平;建立健全员工福利制度,为员工提供物质保障;加大对中小企业员工培训力度,提升员工业务能力;打造以人为本的企业文化氛围,形成和谐的员工关系;强化人事管理,建立公平合理的晋升制度等建议。

Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprise employees' job satisfaction is related to the economic benefits of small and medium-sized enterprises and the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises. So the small and medium-sized enterprise employee job satisfaction problems, to explore the path to solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise employees' job satisfaction is a great theoretical and practical significance.

This research mainly adopts literature research, expert interview, questionnaire survey research methods, such as some small and medium-sized enterprises in Wuhan city employees as investigation object, and for job satisfaction, employee satisfaction scale for testing tools. Research suggests that small and medium-sized enterprise development momentum in Wuhan, but on the whole Wuhan city small and medium-sized enterprise employees' job satisfaction in the general level. Wuhan high satisfaction with working conditions of small and medium-sized enterprise employees, leading to the enterprise level of satisfaction with average and high satisfaction level of personal responsibility, external reward satisfaction level is not high. The cause of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Wuhan city employee satisfaction, in turn, sort of material rewards, enterprise culture, the growth and development, work environment, group work, the spirit return.

Aiming at these problems, put forward for improving the compensation system, improve the level of employee treatment; To establish and perfect the system of employee benefits, so as to ensure the material supplies for employees; Intensify for small and medium-sized enterprise staff training, improve employee business ability; Create human-oriented enterprise culture, to form a harmonious employee relations; Strengthening the management of personnel, the establishment of a fair promotion system and so on.
