基于树莓派的程控斩波器的开发制作毕业论文

摘 要

光信号调制在光电检测等诸多方面的作用越来越大,信息科技技术在推动社会进步中发挥了越来越重要的作用,光学与电子信息技术的融合对于社会进步与科技发展都有很大的意义。利用计算机科学来改进升级试验设备能够让实验变得更加精确,操作更加容易。本课题主要使用Python编写程序利用树莓派运行,通过控制GPIO接口状态对步进电机进行调速,并进行优化,将光电信息技术和软件程序相结合并应用到科学实验当中。

通过研究如何对GPIO编程驱动,以及开发合适合理的算法和控制方法,从而达到对步进电机进行调控的能力,在步进电机上搭载斩波盘,开发出基于树莓派的程控斩波器。首先,本文介绍了光调制的定义,作用与应用,接着介绍了作为斩波器控制模块的树莓派的相关信息与应用。其次,对基于树莓派的程控斩波器的结构进行了说明。最后将本课题所设计的控制程控斩波器的程序进行了说明和分析。通过硬件调控和软件开发,利用科学的算法完成基于树莓派的程控斩波器的开发与制作。

Development and production of program-controlled chopper based on Raspberry pi

Abstract

Optical signal modulation plays an increasingly important role in many aspects such as photoelectric detection. Information technology plays an increasingly important role in promoting social progress. The integration of optics and electronic information technology is of great significance for social progress and scientific and technological development. Using computer science to improve and upgrade experimental equipment can make experiments more accurate and easier to operate. This subject is mainly based on the python programming of Raspberry PI. By controlling GPIO interface, the stepper motor is regulated and optimized. The photoelectric information technology and software program are combined and applied to scientific experiments.

By studying how to program and drive GPIO, and developing appropriate and reasonable algorithm and control method, so as to achieve the ability to regulate and control the stepping motor, the program controlled chopper based on Raspberry Pi was developed with chopper board installed on the stepper motor. Firstly, this paper introduces the definition, function and application of light modulation, and then introduces the related information and application of Raspberry Pi as the chopper control module. Secondly, the structure of the program-controlled chopper based on Raspberry Pi is described. Finally, the program of the program - controlled chopper is explained and analyzed. Through hardware regulation and software development, the program-controlled chopper based on Raspberry Pi was developed and manufactured by scientific algorithm.
