摘 要

目前，全球范围内正在进行新一轮的科技和产业革命，新兴技术与产业的融合推动了生产方式、企业发展模式等的创新，不仅为经济结构的转型升级提供了发展动力，同时催生了一批新的产业领域，加速了技术、人才、资本等要素的流动。在创新与创业活动的推动下，经济发展向新的方式转变。在新经济发展的过程中，独角兽企业成为其发展的主要动力。它的出现往往伴随着颠覆式的创新和爆发式的成长，作为区域经济发展的推动者以及社会整体创新水平的引领者，独角兽企业的数量更是成为衡量一个地区经济和创新发展的重要指标。

本文以独角兽企业为研究对象，通过文献梳理和案例研究的方法对其成长过程和培育进行了研究，主要以企业成长理论为基础，首先借助“创业企业——瞪羚企业——独角兽企业”的三段式成长过程对独角兽企业的特征、成因等进行了深度的剖析。其次，在总结以往研究的基础上构建了独角兽企业核心能力评价体系，运用了平衡记分卡的原理，通过滴滴出行的案例研究，挖掘企业核心能力的具体表现以及不同能力对竞争优势的贡献。最后，本文梳理了独角兽企业成长创新的主要方式，并从政府、社会以及企业自身层面提出独角兽企业培育的具体措施。

结论如下：从政府层面来说，需要从制定针对性的培育方案；扫清独角兽企业的融资障碍；强化知识产权保护；发挥孵化器的支持作用；集聚创新创业人才等方面着手，给予独角兽企业的成长全方位的支持。从社会层面来说，需要媒体引导社会对创新的看法和态度；学校加强学生的创业教育指导、培育更多地创新型人才；顾客要对新产品/新事物持鼓励和包容的态度。从企业层面来说，企业需要从发展战略、流程运作、组织结构设计以及要素保证四个方面推动自身成长。

本文对独角兽企业的研究从阶段式分析过程到核心能力评价体系的构建等和以往的研究相比作出了一定的创新，拓展了相关领域的研究内容。对企业成长理论的应用进行了一定的延伸，同时为培育更多的独角兽企业、突破企业发展瓶颈提供了对策建议。

Research on the Growth and Cultivation of Unicorn Enterprises

Abstract

At present, a new round of technological and industrial revolution is being carried out worldwide. The integration of emerging technologies and industries promotes the innovation of production mode and enterprise development mode. It not only provides a driving force for the transformation and upgrading of economic structure, but also promotes a number of new industrial fields and accelerates the flow of technology, talent and capital. Promoted by innovation and entrepreneurship, economic development has changed to a new way. In the process of new economic development, Unicorn enterprises have provided most of the impetus for its development. Its emergence is often accompanied by subversive innovation and explosive growth. As the promoter of regional economic development and the leader of the overall innovation level of society, the number of Unicorn enterprises has become an important indicator to measure the economic and innovation development of a region.

This paper takes Unicorn enterprise as the research object, studies its growth process and cultivation through literature review and case study, mainly based on the theory of enterprise growth. Firstly, with the help of the three-stage growth process of "Entrepreneurial enterprise-Gazelle enterprise-Unicorn enterprise", the characteristics and causes of Unicorn enterprise are deeply analyzed. Secondly, on the basis of summing up the previous research, I construct the core competence evaluation system of Unicorn enterprise, use the principle of balanced scorecard, and excavate the specific performance of core competence and the contribution of different competencies to competitive advantage through the case study of Didi Chuxing.Finally, I summarize the main ways of growth and innovation of Unicorn enterprises, and propose specific measures for unicorn enterprises cultivation from the perspective of government, society and enterprises themselves.

The conclusions are as follows: from the government's point of view, it is necessary to formulate targeted cultivation programs, clear up the financing obstacles of Unicorn enterprises, strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, give full play to the incubators' support and gather innovative talents to give all-round support to the growth of unicorn enterprises. From the social point of view, it is necessary for the media to guide the society's views and attitudes towards innovation. Schools need to strengthen the guidance of students' entrepreneurship education and cultivate more innovative talents. Customers should encourage and tolerate new products/things. From the perspective of enterprises, they need to promote their own growth from four aspects: development strategy, process operation, organizational structure design and factor assurance.

This paper makes some innovations in the research of Unicorns from the stage analysis process to the construction of the core competence evaluation system, and expands the research contents in related fields. It extends the application of enterprise growth theory to some extent, and provides countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating more Unicorn enterprises and breaking through the bottleneck of enterprise development.

基于宏观环境的层面，全球新一轮科技革命的兴起正在深刻地改变着人们的生活方式，大数据、互联网、云计算、人工智能、基因科学等新一代技术的运用带来了生产方式和组织形式的改变、社会效率的提升，推动着中国经济向高质量的方向发展。技术的变革催生了新产品、新要素、新产业和新业态的出现，促使国民经济向新的发展方式转变，被称之为“新经济”。新经济的概念在上世纪80年代被《时代周刊》提出，随着以互联网为核心的一系列新兴技术的出现，新经济不断地被赋予新的内涵，特征也随之发生变化。

基于行业及市场的层面，新经济的产生离不开创新和创业活动，在这背后也有传统行业的逐渐饱和以及高强度竞争压力的推动。在“互联网 ”思维下，信息技术与产业的融合为经济结构的转型升级提供了发展动力，同时催生了一批新的产业领域，加速了技术、人才、资本等要素的流动。它的出现带来的是要素的重新整合以及产业结构的变革，对生产力的发展提出了新的要求。在新旧动能更迭的关键时期，创新成为我国经济增长的新引擎。创新驱动发展战略的贯彻落实以及“双创”的不断推进，从外部环境到内部创新资源为创新创业活动提供了充足的准备条件。

基于企业的层面，在众多创业企业中，有少数企业通过技术研发或者商业模式创新对传统行业产生颠覆性的影响，逐步地成长为独角兽企业。独角兽企业的出现往往伴随着颠覆式的创新和爆发式的成长，成为新兴产业的风向指标，不仅能够创造新的就业机会，而且在一定程度上能够促进技术的进步。作为区域经济发展的推动者以及社会整体创新水平的引领者，独角兽企业的数量更是成为衡量一个地区经济和创新发展的重要指标。因此，如何培育更多的独角兽企业，结合其具体的成长路径分析不同阶段的特征以及制约因素，能够帮助创新主体扫除创业企业成长过程中的障碍，打造我国创新创业新格局。
