浅谈同层排水 摘要：本文主要写了同层排水的定义、在建筑中的适用范围。

同层排水和隔层排水在各个方面的比较，减少了施工上的不便，减少了堵塞带来的不便。

建筑中使用同层排水的越来越符合人性化，使得噪音减少，邻里乡亲的纠纷减少。

但是同时也存在着一些问题，它对卫生洁具的施工要求以及房屋的结构要求更高。

总的来说同层排水使人的生活住宅的舒适性、整洁度、卫生程度及私密性变得越来越好。

以前住宅传统排水方式采用隔层排水,上层住户卫生器具污水排水管穿过楼板通过下层住户房内插进排水立管，一旦发生堵塞现象需要到下层住户清通。

噪音大、楼板易漏水、维护疏通需进入他人空间。

在居住私密性要求越来越高的今天，这种排水方式的缺点十分突出，因为漏水问题引发的邻里之间纠纷日趋严重[2]。

因此，同层排水作为一种新型建筑排水技术，克服了以往的不足，在噪音、空间利用率、维修度、建筑节水功能等方面均有显著的优势。
