摘 要

高新技术企业为我国的现代化建设做出了巨大贡献，但是另一方面，其突破性创新过程中存在的问题一直阻碍着高新技术企业的发展步伐。如何解决江苏省高新技术企业突破性创新过程中存在的问题，对高新技术企业突破性创新的现状进行研究成为一个重要环节，将对提升江苏省整体的经济发展能力与科技创新能力产生积极的正面作用。

本文首先查阅大量有关高新技术企业发展和提升突破性创新能力的期刊和文章,并且对其进行了详细的梳理和归纳,明确了之后研究的方向，并提出了进一步扩展研究的内容｡然后本文对江苏省高新技术企业突破性创新的现状以及关键问题进行了详尽的分析，主要内容包括：江苏省高新技术企业突破性创新的现状以及关键性问题，问题主要包括基础研究跟外部合作两个方面。本文通过相关案例，进行分析得出启示，最后针对本省的高新技术企业在突破性创新方面的问题，对症下药，从加强基础研究和外部合作两个方面提出解决方案。

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of High-tech Enterprises ´s Radical Innovation in Jiangsu Province

Abstract

High-tech enterprises made a great contribution for the modernization of our country, but on the other hand, the problems existing in the breakthrough of innovation process has hindered the pace of development of high-tech enterprises. How to solve the high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province breakthrough problems existing in the innovation process, to high-tech enterprises to break through the present situation of innovation research as an important link and economic development have an important impact on the promotion of Jiangsu Province.

This paper first access to a large number of high-tech enterprise development and promote radical innovation ability of journals and articles, and has carried on the detailed combing and summarizing the, clear the research direction, and puts forward the further expansion of the contents of the study. The article then makes a detailed analysis of high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province breakthrough innovation present situation as well as the key problems, main contents include: high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province breakthrough innovation status and key issues. The main problems include two aspects: basic research and external cooperation. In this paper, according to the relevant cases, analyze the enlightenment, finally because of the local provincial high-tech enterprises in breakthrough innovation problem, suit the remedy to the case, from the two aspects of strengthening the basic research and external cooperation proposed solutions.
