摘 要

在全球经济一体化进程不断加快的今天，高新技术企业已成为衡量一个地区发达程度的重要指标，同时也面临着更加严峻的技术挑战。但是，随着社会各方面创新技术的不断产生，大多数高新技术企业出现了所谓的“创新窘境”。即面对新技术的产生，传统的创新管理模式有着很大的不足，大部分企业会面临倒闭。这种困境的出现，与高新技术企业的创新类型有着不可或缺的联系。大多高新企业往往采用模仿的渐进性创新，而忽略了突破性创新，高新企业的创新能力不足，没有形成优先的创新系统。因此，高新技术企业急需一个行之有效的方法，对症下药，来提高自身的突破性创新能力。

本篇文章选择了高新技术突破性创新的关键问题为研究主题，对已有研究结果进行了整合，找出了影响突破性创新的关键问题，从内外两个大的方面开始系统探讨。最后，本文用了理论和实践相结合的方法，通过常州千红药业的案例，以及高新技术企业突破性创新的关键问题分析，提出了相对应的解决对策。

Research on the Key Issues of Breaking Innovation in High-tech Enterprises Abstract

In the process of global economic integration，the high-tech enterprise has become an important indicator of the degree of the development of a region，but also is facing amore severe technical challenges. However，with the continuous emergence of social innovation technology，the majority of high-tech enterprises appeared so-called“innovation dilemma ”.Facing the new technology，the traditional innovation management mode has a lot of problems，most of the enterprise will face the collapse of.The emergence of this predicament，and the high-tech enterprise innovation type has an indispensable link. Most high-tech enterprises often use the imitation of the gradual innovation，while ignoring the breakthrough innovation，high-tech enterprise innovation ability，there is no priority innovation system.Therefore，high technology enterprises urgently need an effective method，suit the remedy to the case，in order to improve the their breakthrough innovation capability.

This article chooses the high technology breakthrough innovation key problems as the research subject，the existing research results were integrated，find out the key problem of radical innovation， from inside and outside two aspects start system is discussed.At last，this paper uses the theory and practice of combining method, through the case of Changzhou Qianhong pharmaceutical，and high-tech enterprises breakthrough innovation key problem analysis，and puts forward the corresponding counter measures.

第一章 导论

1.1 研究背景

当今世界，高新技术企业数量的多少、规模的大小以及其创新活动都是国家或地区发展的见证。因此，在经济全球化的今天，高新技术企业的创新对一个国家来说起着十分重要的作用，直而突破性创新在其中尤为重要。

近几年来，虽然我国经济的发展速度很快，高新技术企业也进行了极大的创新改善，但大多数企业都没有自己的创新优势，采取的都是仿效性的创新，通常都是引进别人已经用过的创新成果，不注重自身的独特性。但在竞争越来越激烈的今天，新的技术不断出现，高新技术企业已不能通过模仿性的渐进性创新来提升自己，很多企业虽然在以前也拥有核心技术，但是已经失去了竞争力，客观上为突破性技术创新的出现提供了捷径。
