摘 要

创新对一个国家、一个民族来说，是发展进步的灵魂和不竭动力，是一个企业生存和发展的必要条件。创新的意义就在于企业突破所面临的困境，创造出适应市场需求的新战略，新措施，顺应时代的潮流，凸显企业的竞争优势。而我国企业在创新转型太晚，在转型过程中技术创新能力不足，存在若干问题，需要更多的探索与研究去寻找提高企业技术创新的能力的对策。

本文首先分析了时代背景及现实环境的不稳定，指出研究提高企业技术创新能力对策的理论意义和现实意义。通过文献研究法、案例分析、归纳法和探索性研究法，详细分析了企业环境、企业软实力和企业硬实力对企业技术创新能力的影响因素，并提出了四个探索性命题，根据理论分析建立提升企业技术创新能力的运行模型，随后用华为公司案例分析对命题的正确性进行了验证。最后本文从不同的影响因素着手，提出了提高中国企业技术创新能力的对策，给中国其他企业策略的制定提供指导性建议。

Research on the Countermeasures of improving enterprise technological innovation ability

Abstract

Innovation is the soul and inexhaustible power for a country and a nationality, and it is a necessary condition for the survival and development of an enterprise. The significance of innovation lies in the difficulties enterprise break through, creating new strategies to meet the needs of the market, new measures, complying with the trend of the times and highlighting the enterprise's competitive advantage. However, the start of innovation transformation of Chinese enterprises is too late. In the process of transition, technology innovation ability is insufficient and there exists some problems which need more exploration and research to look for the countermeasures to improve the enterprise's technological innovation ability.

This paper analyzes the instability of historical background and reality, and points out the theoretical and practical significance of the research to improve the enterprise technological innovation capability. Through the methods of literature research, case analysis, inductive method and exploratory research, gives a detailed analysis of business environment effects , business soft power and hard power on technological innovation capability of enterprises. and According to the theoretical analysis four propositions put forward and establishes an operation model to enhance the innovation ability . What’s more, this paper takes Huawei for example, which proves the correctness of this paper. In the end, the paper puts forward the Countermeasures of improving the technological innovation capability of Chinese enterprises and gives suggestions to the formulation of other enterprise strategies.
