摘 要

科技创新是一个企业保持活力，能够得以发展的基础，同时也是提升国家经济实力和在贸易中国家地位的重要手段，同时可以创新还能促进产业结构的升华，提高产业结构的组织形式，因此发展科技创新型企业不仅是企业自身能力提升的要求，也是国家政策和时代推动下的必然结果。

本文组要从可以创新企业发展中内部压力，即企业的科技，组织，资金，创新机制方面的桎梏，和外部压力，即制度，国策，市场，教育培训机制和信息服务环境的限制，从而导致了科技创新企业发展中存在一系列的问题，并对这些问题提出相应的解决措施。

最后对科技创新企业的前景进行了一个展望，他不仅仅是我国接下来国策大力推动的发展方向，也是企业能够在国际市场波动下存活下来安生立命的根本。

Abstract

Science and technology innovation is keep vigor, an enterprise can be development foundation, but also promote the country's economic strength and the national status of important means in the trade, as well as innovation can promote the sublimation of the industrial structure, improve the organization form of the industrial structure, so the development of science and technology innovation-oriented enterprises is not only the requirements of their own ability to ascend, is also the inevitable result of national policies and era driven by.

This article to developing internal pressure from the innovation enterprise, the enterprise of science and technology, organization, money, the shackles of innovation mechanism, and external pressure, namely, the system state policy, market, education and training mechanism and the limitation of the information service environment, resulting in a series of problems in the development of science and technology innovation enterprise, and puts forward corresponding solving measures for these problems.
