摘 要
一氧化碳在现代化工生产中有着十分重要的作用。一氧化碳可用作气体燃料,也是合成许多化工产品的工业原料,同时可以作为炼钢工业的还原剂。但是一氧化碳也会造成一些危害。一氧化碳若不进行分离提纯而排放的空气中去会造成严重的环境污染;一氧化碳有毒性,人体吸入后会中毒;同时,一氧化碳在一些工业气体中是有害杂质,可以使催化剂中毒。随着工业经济的快速发展,生产中日益强调节能减排以及一氧化碳在工业生产中的重要性,发展节能高效的吸附分离技术以满足一氧化碳工业产品和尾气中各物质的分离,净化和提纯,有着重要的社会和经济意义。而MoFs因其具有较大的比表面积和孔隙率,热稳定性好以及结构的多样性,在吸附分离一氧化碳的领域上有着广阔的应用前景。葡萄糖是自然界中存在最广泛的单糖,并具有还原性。本文是以葡萄糖为还原剂,以CuCl2为铜源,制备出纯度高、分散均匀的CuCl负载型吸附剂CuCl@MIL-101。 该方法步骤简单,条件温和,药品价廉无毒,溶剂无毒,是制备绿色环保的CO固体吸附剂的有效途径。本文采用两步法制备MIL-101材料,然后采用超声浸渍法,通过在氯化铜溶液中添加还原剂葡萄糖制备CuCl负载型吸附剂,然后通过真空干燥,焙烧还原,利用葡萄糖还原为一价铜离子。制备完成后,分别测量这些改性后CuCl@MIL-101吸附剂的CO吸附量,并将其进行表征和分析从而得出结论。

ABSTRACT
Carbon monoxide has a very important role in the modern chemical industry . Carbon monoxide gas is used as fuel , is the synthesis of many industrial raw gas chemical products , steel industry can also be used as a reducing agent . But carbon monoxide can also cause some harm. Without purification and separation of carbon monoxide emissions in the air to cause serious environmental pollution problems ; carbon monoxide is toxic poisoning after inhaled ; while in some industrial gas carbon monoxide is harmful impurities that can poison the catalyst . With the rapid development of the industrial economy, the increasing emphasis on the production of energy conservation and pollutant emissions of the state restrictions and requirements , and the importance of carbon monoxide in industrial production , the development of energy efficient technologies to meet the carbon monoxide adsorption separation of industrial products and exhaust separation of each substance , purification and purification , has important social and economic significance. The MoFs because of its large specific surface area and porosity , good thermal stability and structural diversity in the field of adsorption and separation of carbon monoxide has broad application prospects. This is the kind of material used MoFs of MIL-101 to adsorb CO. Currently , the carbon monoxide adsorbent is mainly Cu active component supported on the carrier, the use of carbon monoxide with the formation of Cu reversible carbonyl complex , and greatly improves the selectivity of CO adsorption amount .
This article was prepared by two-step method MIL-101 material, the preparation is complete, measure the adsorption capacity, and were characterized by XRD and IR spectroscopy. Then varying amounts of cupric chloride and glucose load on MIL-101, and then by vacuum drying, calcination reduction, the reduction of glucose to monovalent copper ions copper ions. After loading is completed, the adsorption capacity were measured material MIL-101 These modified MIL-101 and characterization of these materials so that the modified and the analysis of the results.
