摘 要
本设计为紫罗兰商旅宾馆给排水设计。框架式结构:总建筑面积约为12968m2,实际建筑高度为 49m,地上十三层,地下一层,地下一层为泵房,配电房;一层为大堂,售票厅,车库;二层为厨房,餐厅;三层KTV娱乐设施;四~十二层为宾馆;十三层为会议室;屋面设置水箱间。
设计主要为建筑内的给水排水工程以及与之配套的室内外部分给水排水工程的设计,具体包括:给水系统、消防系统、自动喷洒系统、排水系统以及雨水系统。
给水系统采用分区供水,从市政管网上接一根DN100的引入管,其中一层至五层为低区,由市政管网直接进行供水;六至十三层采用泵房给水水泵加压供水,屋顶消防水箱由生活水泵提供。泵房水池采用钢筋混凝土结构,置于地下室泵房。
建筑室内外排水采用污废合流方式,室外排水采用污废合流制,排入检查井后,经化粪池处理再排入市政污水管。卫生间采用多设立管形式,采用专用通气立管。地下室排水经排水沟汇集排至集水坑,经潜污泵提升排至检查井。本建筑采用内排水,选择重力半有压流系统,雨水经屋面雨水斗收集后由雨水管排至检查井再排入市政污水管。
本建筑为高层二类宾馆,按照高层民用建筑防火规范,消火栓宜布置在明显、经常有人出入且使用方便的地方,室外消火栓用水量20L/s,室内消火栓用水量20L/s,火灾延续时间2h,消防立管管径为DN100。在屋顶层设试验消火栓两个,每个室内消火栓箱内均设有远距离启动消防泵的按钮。其中屋顶水箱应贮存10min消防水量。
该建筑为中危险级建筑,采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统,由湿式报警装置,闭式喷头和管道等组成,喷淋系统设计流量20L/s,火灾延续时间1h,自喷立管管径为DN150。自喷系统设三组报警系统,在屋顶水箱处设有增压稳压设备,火灾发生初10min灭火用水由屋顶水箱提供。

Toilet establishment tube form, using special ventilation riser. Basement drainage ditches pooled by row to the sump, the submersible sewage pump discharge to upgrade manholes. The building is the drain, half choose Gravity pressurized flow systems, rain water bucket after the roof rainwater is collected by the exhaust pipe to manholes and then discharged into the municipal sewer.
