摘 要

高科技产业的竞争在社会经济快速进步的大环境下变得异常激烈，而在如此激烈的产业竞争面前，技术创新也越发重要。但由于个体的创新资源是有限的，通常无法满足市场的创新需求，企业在创新方面面临着巨大的压力。为了获得更优质的创新资源，许多的企业选择合作创新的道路。但在具体实践中，会因为缺乏有效的协调机制，使得合作主体在合作中引发的矛盾得不到解决，进而引发冲突乃至合作失败。本文通过对大量文献的归纳总结，对合作创新中校企合作的协调机制问题进行了深入的研究。本文首先回顾了合作创新发展的时代背景以及现状，再通过介绍合作创新以及协调机制的相关理论来阐述协调机制在合作创新中起到的重要作用以及发现了校企合作时出现的几大问题。最后结合广东省产学研合作的具体案例，提出了包括建立中介机构在内针对解决校企合作问题的协调机制办法。

Research on Coordination Mechanism of Cooperative Innovation

Abstract

With the rapid development of science and technology, more and more intense competition in high-tech industries, along with the fierce market competition, technological innovation is increasingly important. However, due to individual innovation resources are limited, often can not meet the innovation needs of the market, enterprises are facing tremendous pressure on innovation. In order to obtain better quality and innovative resources, many companies have chosen the road of cooperative innovation. But in practice, because of the lack of effective coordination mechanisms, so that the main contradiction in cooperation initiated cooperation can not be resolved, and thus lead to conflict and even failure of cooperation. Based on the extensive literature summarized, Colonel innovation-enterprise cooperation coordination mechanism conducted in-depth research. This paper reviews the background and status of development cooperation and innovation, and then to explain the important role of coordination mechanism in cooperative innovation play and found several major problems that occur when cooperation between schools and enterprises through innovation and the theory describes coordination mechanisms of cooperation. Finally Cooperative Guangdong specific cases, coordination mechanisms proposed approach for solving the problem of school-enterprise cooperation include the establishment of agency included.
