连杆机构优化与仿真设计毕业论文

摘 要

本文对发动机中的重要部件四连杆机构以及其变型曲柄滑块机构,在机构学的范围内进行研究。着眼于研究连杆机构的运动于机构各杆长之间的关系,实现在已知不同条件的前提下,设计出所需要的连杆机构。采用数学软件MATLAB进行编程,将数学模型转化为代码。制成用户APP界面,并进行运动分析于运动仿真,直观的了解连杆机构运动于杆长直接的关系。通过分析于阐述5个连杆机构的常规设计问题、2个连杆机构的优化设计问题以及曲柄滑块机构的常规于优化设计各一个,可以基本解决各类已知部分条件来设计符合要求的连杆机构的问题,满足各种设计者的需要。通过将连杆设计的数学模型进行编程,使得用户可以快捷方便的输入数据并得到输出的结果,大大简化了设计过程,节约了设计时间。

Optimization and simulation design of linkage mechanism

Abstract

In this paper, the four-bar linkage and its variant slider crank mechanism, which are important parts of the engine, are studied in the range of mechanism. This paper focuses on the study of the relationship between the movement of the linkage and the length of the linkage, and realizes the design of the linkage under the premise of knowing different conditions. The mathematical model is transformed into code by MATLAB. The user app interface is made, and the motion analysis and simulation are carried out to understand the direct relationship between the motion of the linkage and the length of the link. By analyzing the conventional design of five linkage mechanisms, the optimal design of two linkage mechanisms and the conventional optimal design of the crank slider mechanism, we can basically solve the problem of designing the linkage mechanism that meets the requirements of various known partial conditions and meet the needs of various designers. By programming the mathematical model of connecting rod design, users can input data and get output results quickly and conveniently, which greatly simplifies the design process and saves the design time.
