单波导结构中的二次谐波产生研究毕业论文

摘 要

转换效率一直是非线性频率转换过程中的重点问题。利用波导耦合实现相位匹配是导波光学与非线性光学相结合的交叉课题。本文对在耦合波导中产生差频耦合输出所涉及的相位匹配和差频耦合公式等方面的问题进行了较为系统和深入的研究。本文首先通过类比耦合波导中实现二次谐波输出的耦合方程组,列出了实现差频输出的耦合方程组,然后通过Matlab编程进行数值计算,利用试探解的方法得出较为正确的相位匹配公式。我们发现只有当差频的两个过程都满足相位匹配条件时,振幅以传播距离的二次方形式增长,输出效率比较高。

Difference frequency output in coupled waveguide

ABSTRACT

Conversion efficiency has always been a key issue in the process of nonlinear frequency conversion. Using waveguide coupling to achieve phase matching is a cross-cutting issue combining guided wave optics and nonlinear optics. In this paper, the problems of phase matching and difference frequency coupling formula involved in generating the differential frequency coupling output in the coupled waveguide are systematically and deeply studied. In this paper, the coupling equations for the second harmonic output in the analog coupled waveguide are listed first, the coupling equations for the difference frequency output are listed, and then the numerical calculation is performed through Matlab programming, and the more correct phase matching is obtained by the trial solution formula. We found that only when the two processes of difference frequency meet the phase matching condition, the amplitude increases in the form of the square of the propagation distance, and the output efficiency is relatively high.
