摘要:为了满足商家和普通消费者的对于水果品质的需求,水果品质的无损检测与分级十分必要。高光谱图像技术将光谱学与计算机图像学两学科的优势结合起来,可同时获得水果空间图像和光谱信息,能够全方面的反映水果内部和外部的品质信息,在水果品质无损检测与分析方面有着广阔的应用前景。本文综述了该技术用于水果品质无损检测的研究进展,以及未来发展趋势与展望。

Research Progress of Hyperspectral Image Technology in Fruit Nondestructive Testing

Abstract: It is necessary to develop the nondestructive techniques for fruit quality detection to meet the demand of merchants and ordinary consumers for fruit quality. Hyperspectral imaging, combined with the advantages of spectroscopy and computer imaging, could obtain images about sample with two spatial information and spectral information simultaneously, which would comprehensively reveal the internal and external information of fruits. Therefore, hyperspectral imaging is widely used in nondestructive detection of fruit. This paper provides an overview of the fruit quality detection using hyperspectral imaging, and the development trend and prospect of this technique is also summarized.
