摘 要

大学生是国家培养的高素质、高学识人才，大学生能否充分就业不仅关乎到大学生其自身的利害，还关系到国家经济的发展和社会的稳定。大学创业孵化器不仅可以缓解社会就业压力，而且还是促进大学生进行创新创业的优良平台之一。

本文首先对创业孵化器进行概述，接着对大学创业孵化器在提升学生创新创业能力进行探究。以大学的大学生创业孵化器（中心、基地）为研究对象，分析研究大学的大学生创业孵化器在孵化大学生创业方面的孵化方式、孵化条件、孵化中面领的问题、困难。并运用文献分析和归纳总结相结合的研究方式，阐述大学创业孵化器的概念、孵化方式与条件、基地建设模式及策略研究；并结合直接访问法、实地考察法来收集所需资料，进而分析大学创业孵化器的现状及存在问题，最后结合实际情况，提出针对大学创业孵化器存在问题的对策研究。

Abstract

College students are the national training of high-quality, highly educated talent, college students can fully employment is not only related to their own interests, but also related to the development of the national economy and social stability. University business incubator can not only alleviate the pressure of social employment, but also promote the university students to carry out an excellent platform for innovation and entrepreneurship.

In this thesis, first of all, an overview of entrepreneurial incubator, and then to the University Business Incubator in improving the ability of students to explore innovative. To university students incubation device (center, base) as the research object, analysis research university student entrepreneurship incubator hatching in the incubation and entrepreneurship students, incubation conditions, incubation in the face of the problems, difficulties.And the use of literature analysis and a summary of a combination of research methods, elaborated the University Business Incubator concept, incubation conditions, base construction mode and strategy research; combined with the direct access method, on-the-spot investigation method was used to collect the required data, and then analyzes the present situation of University Business Incubator and existing problems, finally, according to the actual situation, proposed in view of the study on the countermeasures to the problems existed in the university business incubator.

1.1.1研究背景

美国在20世纪50年代开启了创业孵化器的时代，而在历史上有意义的孵化器的发展历史则是从1980年开始的，2015年，美国孵化器的数量由原来的12家上升到了2000家。

我国在当前自主创新的国家战略发展之下，创业孵化器在自主创新、经济转型、提升学生创业与就业能力等方面的作用日益凸出。2015年李克强总理提出了“双创”，李克强总理对于“双创”的解释简短却明确，它认为双创是一种改革，创新创业的主体是企业和个人，而政府的角色就是给予适当的扶持而非“代劳”。
