摘 要

随着中国机械化程度不断加快，包装机械的种类越来越多，随着研究的不断加深包装机械得到长远的发展。包装机械朝着高速度、高效率、高质量的方向发展，塑料包装机器作为包装机械的一个种类，其发展方向与之类似，并且横封技术作为塑料袋包装机械的重要技术之一，它严重制约着塑料包装机的发展。横封器是横封技术具体化的体现，横封器的质量直接影响了包装机械的性能。

本文通过对塑料袋装奶粉横封器的机构设计及分析，首先通过奶粉包装的自动化包装和小量化包装的分析，确定了奶粉小袋包装的方式，并确定了奶粉袋的袋型；随后讨论了多种包装机的封合方式，指出各种封合方式的优缺点，找到了每种封合方式适用的包装材料，确定了奶粉横封器的封合方式。通过分析目前常见的横封器的结构和功能特点，找出了横封器在恒丰过程中存在的各种问题。目前的横封器分为往复式横封器和旋转式横封器，前者在横封中存在封合速度慢、包装效率低的问题；而后者存在封时间不足导致塑料封口的强度差，并且在旋转式横封器的包装速度过高的情况下，横封器内部存在机构冲击、振动。对于要求热封时间短、包装强度要求不高的包装，旋转式横封器仍旧有很强的适用性，奶粉包装对封合时间、封合材料、封合强度等方面的要求较高，我选择了旋转式横封器。

通过对横封器的机构设计，确定了横封器的花纹、表面温度、尺寸以及形状，对横封器的动力来源和传送方式的分析和校核，我找到了电机作为横封器的动力来源，采用了链条传送的传送方式。

Abstract

With the increasing mechanization of China, the variety of packaging machine has become more and more, as the research continues to deepen the packaging machine to the long-term development. Packaging machinery in the direction of the high speed, high efficiency, high quality development, plastic packing machine as a variety of packaging machinery, the developing direction is similar, and horizontal sealing technology as one of the important technology of plastic packaging machinery, which severely restricts the development of plastic packing machine. The transverse seal is the embodiment of the horizontal sealing technique, and the quality of the cross sealing machine directly influences the performance of the packing machine.

This article through to the plastic bags of milk powder lateral seal mechanism design and analysis, first by milk powder packing automatic packaging and small quantitative analysis, to determine the small bag packaging, milk powder and determine the milk powder bag bag type; Then discussed a variety of packaging machine sealing way, pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of sealing way, find a suitable packaging material for each type of sealing way, determine the powder horizontal sealing device sealing way. Through the analysis of the structure and function characteristics of the commonly used transversal seals, the problems in the hengfeng process are found. At present, the horizontal seals are divided into reciprocating and rotating horizontal seals, which have the problem of slow packing and low packing efficiency in horizontal sealing. Sealing time insufficiency which lead to the strength of the plastic seal is poor, and in rotating horizontal sealing device packaging under the condition of high speed, shock, vibration horizontal sealing device within institutions. For heat sealing time is short, packaging packaging strength requirements is not high, transverse rotary sealing machine still has a strong applicability, milk powder packaging to the sealing time, sealing material, sealing strength of the demand is higher, I chose the rotary sealing device.

Through the horizontal closure mechanism design, determine the horizontal sealing device, surface temperature, size and shape of decorative pattern, the horizontal sealing device of power source and transmission mode analysis and checking, I find the motor as a power source for the closure, the chain transmission mode of transmission.

第一章绪论

1.1 研究的背景

奶粉主要是指以哺乳动物的乳汁为原料（主要的哺乳动物为牛和羊），经过消毒、脱脂、脱水、干燥等工艺制成的粉末，它具有易冲调、携带方便、营养丰富的优点。随着生活水平的提高，人们为了方便生活，发明了速溶奶粉，这种奶粉的颗粒普通奶粉大而，具有良好的湿润性，分散度高。方便冲调，即使用温水也能迅速溶解。

近年来，中国人的生活水平越来越高，人们越来越重视膳食平衡，奶粉作为营养丰富的产品，人们对于奶粉的需求越来越高，奶粉行业成长为我国食品行业中前景最好的产业之一。与此相适应，奶粉包装也成为了包装行业中的重要增长点。目前，市场上销售的奶粉包装形势有金属罐（如图1.1）和塑料软包装袋两种形式。金属罐的材料主要是马口铁罐、或者铝罐，金属罐由于材料的原因，它的密封性能好，奶粉的保质期长，但其生产和运输成本都比较高，故而，只有几家大型的知名乳品企业在部分产品上应用这种包装形式，并且只有对于安全要求高的婴儿奶粉，他们才采用金属罐。

软包装的主要材料是各种塑料，它的包装形式很松散，包装的成本也不高。当奶粉的成本相同时，罐装奶粉的市场售价一般会比袋装奶粉贵30%以上。因此，随着乳品行业竞争的加剧，受成本因素影响，在成人奶粉包装方面，金属罐包装有逐渐被轻质塑料包装取代的可能性。
