摘 要

近年来，美国开始发展先进制造，德国发展“工业4.0”，东南亚各国也逐渐开始工业化进程。在世界大潮流发展中，制造业正大跨步向柔性化、智能化、信息化、自动化迈进。在此情况下，我国作为一个制造大国，也慢慢认识到制造企业改革的重要性，积极引导制造企业进行转型升级。因此，顺应世界工业发展浪潮，响应国家号召，加快制造企业转型发展，明确引导企业转型方向成为重中之重。威派格作为一个制造企业，存在着种种问题，在行业急速发展的现状下亟待转型。

本文通过发现企业的问题，探讨行业发展趋势，研究企业转型升级的模式和路径，让企业能够更好地发展。运用PEST分析方法和SWOT分析等方法进行企业内外部环境分析，发现企业存在的问题和可以抓住的机遇。通过对各种经营模式的分析，选择企业经营转型的目标模式。并且进行可行性分析，提出其转型的各方面保障措施，以期威派格能够发展的更长远。

Abstract

In recent years, the United States began to develop advanced manufacturing, and Germany developed "Industry 4.0", and Southeast Asian countries began to industrialize. In the development of the world trend, manufacturing industry is striding towards flexibility, intellectualization, informationization and automation. Under such circumstances, as a big manufacturing country, China has gradually realized the importance of manufacturing enterprise reform, and actively guided the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises. Therefore, in line with the wave of world industrial development, responding to the call of the state to speed up the transformation and development of manufacturing enterprises, clearly guiding the transformation direction of enterprises has become a top priority. As a manufacturing enterprise, there are many problems in the development of Viagra, which needs to be transformed in the rapid development of the industry.

By finding out the problems of enterprises, this paper discusses the development trend of the industry, and studies the mode and path of transformation and upgrading, so as to enable enterprises to develop better. PEST analysis and SWOT analysis are used to analyze the internal and external environment of enterprises, and find out the existing problems and opportunities that can be grasped. Through the analysis of various business models, we choose the target mode of business transformation. It also carries out feasibility analysis and puts forward various safeguards for its transformation so as to develop the long-term strategy.
