摘 要

随着科学技术的迅速发展，网络正在急速覆盖全球，为人民的生活带来了便捷与便利。人们的生活节奏也因此变得更匆忙。实体店受到巨大冲击的同时也迎来了新的商机。

酒店管理系统的开发不仅为顾客也为管理人员带来了巨大的便利，对顾客而言，足不出户便可以浏览旅店房间状态，订购自己喜欢的房间；对管理者而言，极大提高了旅店的管理效率，避免了与客户之间繁琐的沟通过程。双方的交流大部分都通过网络实现，跨越了距离的界限，却又紧密结合在一起。酒店管理系统越来越成为便捷旅店经营与制胜的关键工具。

本系统用Java语言和jsp作为主要语言工具，实现了会员预定、系统人员和操作人员进行旅店房间信息管理、检查登录信息管理、用户信息管理、个人信息管理等功能。本论文则主要介绍了这种管理系统的设计与实现。并在Javaweb开发和mysql数据访问的基础上，详细介绍了该系统所使用的开发工具、各种相应的技术及具体的设计思路与实现过程。

本论文立足于实际，从整个开发设计着手，完整而详细地阐述了信息管理系统的整个实现过程。包括从最开始该系统的研究目的、国内外的研究现状，到中期的可行性分析、相关核心技术、需求分析和系统设计，再到最后的系统实现与系统测试，都有着详尽的描述。充分展示了在研究与设计信息管理系统整个过程中的思路、想法与步骤。最终结果是得到一个简单的web应用程序，它实现了一个基于B/S（浏览器/服务器）的便捷旅店管理系统。

Abstract

With the rapid development of science and technology, the network is rapidly covering the whole world, bringing convenience and convenience to people's lives. The pace of people's lives has therefore become more hasty. The physical store was hit by a huge impact and also ushered in new business opportunities.

The development of the hotel management system not only brings great convenience to the customers but also the management staff. For the customers, they can browse the hotel room status and order their favorite rooms without leaving the house. For the manager, the management efficiency of the hotel is greatly improved, and the cumbersome communication process with the customer is avoided. Most of the exchanges between the two sides are realized through the network, crossing the boundaries of distance, but closely combined. Hotel management system is increasingly becoming a key tool for convenient hotel management and success

This system uses Java and jsp as the main language tool to realize the functions of member reservation, hotel room management, query check-in information management, user information management, personal information management and so on.This thesis mainly describes the design and implementation of this management system. On the basis of Javaweb development and mysql data access, the development tools, various corresponding technologies and specific design ideas and implementation processes of the system are introduced in detail.

This thesis is based on the actual situation, starting from the whole development design, complete and detailed description of the entire implementation process of the information management system. From the very beginning of the research purpose of the system, the research status at home and abroad, to the mid-term feasibility analysis, related core technology, demand analysis and system design, and finally to the final system implementation and system testing, have a detailed description. It fully demonstrates the ideas, ideas and steps in the whole process of research and design information management system.The result is a simple web application that implements a convenient hotel management system based on B/S (browser/server).

随着信息技术的不断发展，互联网不断改变着世界，改变着我们的生活。与此同时，我国经济、科技与网络的急速发展，让人们的生活水平越来越好，生活质量也稳步提升。生活方式及消费方式的巨大变化也给人们的消费观念和消费行为产生了重大影响。借助手机和相应的智能系统, 现代居民就可以自由消费,完全摆脱了人们对现金的依赖，给人们带来无穷的便利。

住宿旅游行业是人们生活息息相关且不可或缺的一部分，也迎来了高速的发展，特别是旅店行业，除开大型酒店与星级酒店，还出现了越来越多的中小型酒店。随着生活方式的改变，人们的旅行都将倾向于选择一个舒服、方便、具有特色的快捷旅店，以缓解一天的疲劳。故此,面对激烈竞争,快捷旅店就应放弃传统的管理模式，积极应用现代信息技术所带来的科技红利, 设计出更加适合快捷旅店实际情况的智能管理系统。

同时，为了提高管理效果, 加强内部控制, 为客户提供高效、便捷、人性化的住宿服务，避免大型信息管理系统在快捷旅店的环境下暴露出资源浪费，沉重庞大，消耗资金和不易维护的缺点，专门的快捷旅店信息管理系统的设计与开发是绝对必要的。崭新面貌和工作方式的快捷旅店，会在未来大方光彩，为自身带来无限的经济效益和更高工作效率。

1.1.2 课题目的和意义

快捷旅店与五星级豪华酒店大不相同, 这类酒店的特点是规模小,启动资金较低、投资人现金流动也低、人员流动也更加频繁，特别是功能也较单一，基本只提供住宿服务, 有些快捷酒店出于节约成本和各种方面的考虑, 直接采用传统的人工管理模式, 而并没有使用智能信息管理系统,殊不知这种做法是舍本逐末, 早已脱离了时代的发展，跟不上人们的发展需求，而且它会浪费了很多资源，包括人力资源和实物资源。相比之下，一套成熟的智能管理系统，不仅在经济效益上，可以做到收入更多，还可以大大旅店的提升管理效率, 提升快捷酒店的管理水平。也在人力资源等发面带来了极大的效率，促进快捷旅店实现可持续发展。
