城市快递共同配送收益分配研究毕业论文

摘 要
新的经济环境,在刺激快递业持续发展的同时,也带来了新的挑战,聚焦于城市配送市场,所面临的挑战更加复杂严峻。城市人口与经济规模的激增,导致了城市道路资源日益稀缺紧张,极大的限制了快递企业在城市配送环节的运输效益。环境问题的突出与环保意识的增加,整个社会对绿色发展的诉求日益迫切,快递企业所承担的环保义务将与日俱增。新商业模式的演进强烈冲击了城市末端配送市场加剧了竞争格局,利润空间持续萎缩
共同配送作为一种高集约、低成本,有效实现资源优化的创新性物流配送运作模式,是解决快递企业在城市配送环节难题的可能性方式之一。本文将以共同配送理论为基础对快递企业城市共同配送问题进行分析,在此基础上进一步建立共同配送联盟收益分配模型研究其收益分配问题。
本文的主要研究内容与技术路线如下,第一章绪论中将详细交代本文研究背景与意义并对国内外现状研究结果做出整理综述。第二章将具体介绍共同配送的定义,基本模式与特征优势并对国内的实践发展做出了归纳分析,之后将对收益分配理论与模型方法做出介绍,其中将重点介绍基于Shapley值法的收益分配模型。第三章将对收益分配模型中的两类重要影响因素(资源类因素与非资源类因素)做出详细分析。第四章将结合具体的算例进行验证说明。最后一章将对本文的研究工作及其主要结论进行总结,并对今后的研究工作进行展望。
本文的研究工作对于快递企业城市共同配送联盟的建设具有一定的实际意义,经研究分析可知,就当前城市快递配送市场竞争格局基于市场契机而构建共同配送联盟可能性较低,而基于社会宏观调控下产业升级与绿色发展等相关政策的引导将起到关键作用。此外,本文研究同样表明,如果在联盟收益分配模型中考虑各企业绿色贡献度,将有效刺激各参于企业进行企业绿色化建设的投资,提高企业自身绿色化水平。

ABSTRCT
The new economic environment not only stimulates the sustainable development of express industry, but also brings new challenges. Focusing on the urban distribution market, the challenges are more complex and severe. With the rapid growth of urban population and economic scale, urban road resources are increasingly scarce, which greatly limits the transportation efficiency of express enterprises in urban distribution. With the prominent environmental problems and the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the whole society has an increasingly urgent demand for green development, and the environmental protection obligations undertaken by express companies will increase day by day. The evolution of the new business model strongly impacts the distribution market at the end of the city, intensifies the competition pattern, and the profit space continues to shrink.
As a high intensive, low-cost and innovative operation mode of logistics distribution, joint distribution is one of the possible ways to solve the problems in urban distribution of express enterprises. Based on the theory of joint distribution, this paper analyzes the problem of urban joint distribution of express enterprises, and further establishes the revenue distribution model of joint distribution alliance to study its revenue distribution.
The main research content and technical route of this paper are as follows. In the first chapter, the background and significance of this paper will be explained in detail, and the research results at home and abroad will be summarized. The second chapter will introduce the definition, basic mode and characteristic advantage of joint distribution, and make a summary analysis of the domestic practice development. Then it will introduce the theory and model method of income distribution, especially the income distribution model based on Shapley value method. The third chapter will make a detailed analysis of two important factors (resource factors and non-resource factors) in the income distribution model. In the fourth chapter, it will be verified with a specific example. The last chapter will summarize the research work and main conclusions of this paper,,and look forward to the future research work.
The research work of this paper has a certain practical significance for the construction of urban joint distribution alliance of express enterprises. According to the research and analysis, the possibility of constructing joint distribution alliance based on market opportunity is low in the current competitive pattern of urban express distribution market, and the guidance of relevant policies such as industrial upgrading and green development based on social macro-control will play a key role. In addition, this study also shows that if the green contribution of each enterprise is considered in the income distribution model of the alliance, it will effectively stimulate the investment of each enterprise participating in the green construction of the enterprise and improve the green level of the enterprise itself.

1.1研究背景与意义
1.1.1研究背景
据数据显示,2019年全国快递业务量和业务收入分别完成630亿件和7450亿元,同比分别增长24%和23%,人均使用件数达45件。中国经济市场的超大规模与高速的增长,将持续刺激着快递业进一步的发展,但新的经济态势与市场环境,同样也给快递行业带来了新挑战,尤其是快递企业末端的城市配送领域,所面临的挑战更加复杂,严峻。
1)城市规模的不断扩张与城市居民消费能力的提高,导致了城市汽车保有量激增,但城市道路的建设却相对缓,截止2018年底中国主要城市道路网的总体平均密度为5.96千米/平方千米,道路网密度仍处于较低水平。城市道路系统负担的加重,导致了拥堵现象的日益加剧。快递企业在城市末端的配送车辆受拥堵影响,其配送时效性受到了极大的限制。此外,城市对特殊车辆的管制,如运行时间与运行道路的限制等,进一步加大了城市配送环节中车辆调度的难度,也严重影响了配送环节中的经济效益。
2)继“十八大”提出的全面推进生态文明建设与“十九大”提出的全面饯行生态文明思想之后,环保意识逐渐深入人心,全社会与全行业更加诉诸于低碳节能的绿色发展。快递企业在城市配送环节中,配送车辆的高空载率、高排放量等一系列污染与资源浪费问题急需得到合理的解决。
