摘 要

随着世界经济的发展，物流市场在全球范围内得到快速的扩张，竞争日益激烈。大部分的物流企业不具备综合服务能力，难以满足客户越来越复杂、多样化的物流需求。此时，虚拟物流企业将具有不同核心能力的物流企业整合到一起，组成动态联盟，快速、合理地配置资源，及时地响应市场需求。由于其特殊的组织、管理模式以及复杂的内外部环境，虚拟物流企业带来益处的同时，也会带来风险。因此，需要对其风险进行评估和控制，确保其顺利组建并运行。

本文在介绍虚拟物流、虚拟物流企业及其风险管理的基础上，全面分析了虚拟物流企业内外部环境中可能存在的各种风险因素，建立评估指标体系以及基于模糊层次分析法的风险评估模型，并用算例验证模型的有效性。最后，针对不同的风险因素提出具体的控制措施。希望本研究能够为虚拟物流企业的管理者提供一个较好的风险管理思路。

Abstract

With the development of world economics, the logistics market is expanding rapidly on a global scale and the competition growing ever more intense. Most of the logistics enterprises do not have integrated service capabilities, it is difficult to meet the increasingly complex and diverse logistics needs of customers. At this point, logistics enterprises with  various capabilities will be integrated by virtual logistics enterprises to constitute the Dynamic Alliance, which can configures the resources fast and reasonably and responds market demands in time. Because of it’s special organization,management mode and complex internal and external environment, virtual logistics enterprises will bring benefits as well as risks. So, it is necessary to assess and control the risk to ensure it’s smooth formation and operation.

Based on the introduction of virtual logistics, virtual logistics enterprise and risk management, the article analyzes all kinds of risk factors that may exist in the internal and external environment comprehensively, establishes a evaluation index system and a risk assessment model based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and shows the effectiveness of the method by example. Finally, specific control measures are put forward according to different risk factors. Wish it can provide a better risk management idea for the managers of virtual logistics enterprises.
