摘 要

随着经济全球化和信息技术的迅速发展，企业生产资料的获取与产品销售范围日益扩大，社会生产、物资流通、商品交易及其管理正在不断发生深刻的变革。物流成本管理水平的高低，将直接影响物流成本水平，进而影响产品成本，而物流成本的高低决定着物流业水平的高低。作为物流成本中占很大比例的运输成本，运输成本的节约是物流成本节约的关键所在。

论文分析了物流运输成本与运输批量的关系，探讨了运输成本与运输批量的关系模型，提出了降低运输成本的批量策略。主要研究内容：（1）分析了物流运输成本与运输批量相关概念，通过分别介绍物流运输成本和运输批量的相关内容，探讨了运输批量在运输成本管理中的重要意义。（2）分析了不同运输方式下物流运输成本与运输批量的关系模型。（3）根据批量造成的规模经济效益分析了降低运输成本的批量策略，并对此进行了探讨研究。（4）通过对国美电器实施集中配送物流模式的研究，分析了运输批量策略给企业带来的经济效益。

研究结果表明，在一定运输批量前提下，批量越大单位运输成本越低，通过合理的组织运输批量，可以降低运输成本，实现规模经济效益。本文着重分析了不同运输方式的批量与成本的关系特性，然后通过对不同批量策略的介绍研究，更好地反映了批量越大单位运输成本越低这一原理在现实中是如何应用的。

Abstract

With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, enterprise production data acquisition and the scope of product sales growing, social production, circulation of materials, commodity trading and management happening profound change. The level of logistics cost management , directly affect the level of logistics cost, thereby affecting the product cost, and the level of logistics cost determined the level of logistics industry level. The transport costs,as the logistics costs accounted for a large proportion , transport cost savings is the key to the logistics cost savings.

This article analyzed the relationship between the logistics transportation cost and the volume of transport, discussed the relational model between the transport cost and the volume of the transport and its optimization research, and put forward a lot of strategies to reduce the cost of transportation.Main research contents:(1)analyzed the logistics transport costs and transport volume, respectively, through the introduction of logistics transport costs and transport volume of the relevant content, to explore the important significance of transport volume in the transport cost management.(2) Relationship model of logistics transportation cost and transport volume under different modes of transport.(3)According to the scale economic benefit of the quantity,analyzed the quantity strategy of reducing the transportation cost, And this has been discussed. (4)Through the research on the implementation of the centralized distribution logistics mode of Gome, analyzed the economic benefits of the transport volume strategy to the enterprise.

The results of the study showed that,in the premise of certain quantities of transport, bulk bigger unit transportation cost lower, through the rational organization of transportation volume, it can reduce transportation costs and achieve economies of scale. This paper focused on the analysis of the characteristics of different modes of transport volume and cost, although after the introduction study of different batch strategy, it better reflected the principle that the batch bigger the unit transportation cost lower in reality is how to apply.

现代物流作为一种融高新技术与物流为一体、实现经济高效运行的现金管理技术与组织方式，在国民经济的发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在经济全球化的今天，企业物流已呈现网络化、专业化和标准化的特征，物流成本管理已成为企业获取竞争优势的关键因素。
