摘 要

现阶段，随着人们生活质量的不断提高，人们对冷藏冷冻产品的需求量越来越大，要求也不断提高。目前我国在冷链产品的配送速度方面已难以满足人们的要求。而冷链产品具有易腐蚀的特性，建立安全高效的冷链物流运输体系将会大大提高产品的运输速度，从而降低产品质量损失。配送中心是冷链物流系统的关键环节，合理的配送中心选址能有效提高物流配送效率，降低配送成本。可见，对冷链物流配送中心的选址问题进行研究非常必要。

本文首先对冷链配送中心选址研究的背景、研究目的和意义、国内外的研究现状进行了阐述，然后概括了关于冷链配送中心选址的相关理论基础，包括冷链、冷链物流、配送中心的概念，并对配送中心选址的原则、目标和内外影响因素进行了总结。其中影响因素又分为内部影响因素和外部影响因素。接着，论文后面对所要解决的配送中心选址问题进行了描述，并详细概括了配送中心选址过程的一般流程。后面是本文的核心内容，就是对选址的定量分析环节进行详细分析。通过考虑各种成本因素和约束条件，建立了以总成本最低为目标的数学模型，并详细介绍了解决该模型的方法遗传算法的工作原理。最后通过引入实际案例，将实际数据代入模型，运用遗传算法，借助MATLAB软件遗传算法工具箱对模型进行求解，确定实际问题的选址方案，验证了选址模型的有效性。

Abstract

At this stage, with the continuous improvement of people's living quality,the demand of refrigerated and frozen products has been bigger and bigger and the requirements of customers have also improved.At present, China's cold chain products’ delivery speed has been difficult to meet the requirements of customers.Because of the corrosive property of cold chain products, the establishment of safe and efficient cold chain logistics system will greatly improve the delivery speed of products, thereby reducing the loss of the quality of products . Distribution Center is a key link in the cold chain logistics system.And a reasonable distribution center location is important to improve the efficiency of logistics. Therefore,it is very necessary to research the site selection of cold chain logistics distribution center.

Firstly, the paper describes the background, purpose and significance about the research of the site selection about cold chain distribution center.Then,it reviews the theoretical basis about the cold chain distribution center, including the concepts of cold chain, cold chain logistics and distribution center.And it also summarizes the principles, objectives and influence factors about the site selection of distribution center. And the influence factors are divided into internal factors and external factors. Next,the paper describes the problem to be solved about the site selection of distribution center in detail and outlines the process of distribution center site selection in general. After that,there is the core content of this paper which is to analyze the quantitative aspects of site selection in detail. By taking various cost factors and constraints into account , the author sets up the mathematical model with the goal of lowest total cost .Then the author introduces the theory principle of genetic algorithm in detail which is the method to solve the model. Finally,the paper introduces the actual case to prove the validity of the model.By putting the actual data into the model and using genetic algorithm, which is operated by MATLAB software,to solve the model,it determines the best scheme of site selection about the practical problem, which verifies the validity of the model.

1.1研究的目的和意义

1.1.1研究背景

随着人们生活质量不断的提高和生活节奏的不断加快，人们对食品质量的要求越来越高，不仅要求营养高，更加要求新鲜健康。而其中对于冷冻冷藏食品的需求和要求也越来越高，包括水果、肉类、水产品、蔬菜、乳制品等。这些食品由于其易腐性，在流通过程中必须要对温度进行严格控制才能保证食品的质量，因此冷链物流应运而生。

改革开放以来，我国食品的生产得到了很快的发展，尤其是肉类、水产品、水果和蔬菜等新鲜食品的产量每年都保持着10%-20%的增长速度^[1]。我国是消费大国，随着生活水平的不断提高，人们对于对冷链食品的要求也在不断提高，2014年我国冷链需求市场规模已经达到11200万吨左右。巨大需求的推动，使得我国的食品冷链业进入了高增长期。
