摘 要

新世纪以来，物流企业的业务面正变的越来越广泛，信息技术也在企业中得到了更加深入的运用，物流企业的生产与管理过程过运用到各种各样的信息系统，因此，建立一个集成化的物流信息平台就显得尤为必要。现代物流企业在生产和运行中运用到了各种各样的信息系统，需要一个集成平台将这些信息系统对接起来，实现信息共享和资源整合。基于SOA的物流信息平台能够解决物流企业之间数据无法及时有效交换的问题，尤其是企业之间的仓储、资金、货运等商业流的交换和集成。

基于SOA的物流信息平台可以对用户的需求做出迅速的反应，对物流资源与业务流程进行整合，实现供应链各环节的信息共享，对每一个环节都做出实时的跟踪管理，能够大大提高物流企业的工作生产效率，减少成本，也为区域物流的快速发展提供了基础，具有非常重要和实用的价值。

本文对SOA于物流信息平台的研究现状进行了分析，并对相关的理论技术进行了简单的介绍。然后，本文对基于SOA的物流信息平台的架构进行了阐述，在分析其需求和目标的基础上，提出了平台的体系结构和功能架构。最后，本文总结平台的运行机制以及所面临的关键问题。

Abstract

With the constantly expanding business scope of logistics enterprises, further application of information technology in business management, various information systems have been developed, and applied to the online production and management of logistics enterprises in, it must provide an interface to the docking of various information system of logistics enterprise information system, which is to build a universal, a unified integration platform for logistics information system docking to other parties. Through building the platform can solve the problem of data exchange between the system of logistics business logistics enterprises, especially the integration of transportation, warehousing, data exchange, business and other financial systems within the enterprise and business logistics.

Logistics information platform SOA can respond quickly to market demand based on agile integration of resources and business processes, sharing resources through the implementation of logistics enterprise and customer, real-time tracking, effective control and management of the logistics operation, greatly shortened the time of purchasing, warehouse receipts pledge, customer management, inventory adjustment, transfer of business documents optimization of business processes, and provides a basic guarantee for the logistics park promoting better and faster logistics value-added services, is of theoretical and practical significance.

Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of the research on SOA and logistics information platform at home and abroad, and makes a necessary explanation of SOA and its related technologies. Then, combined with the development trend, the research contents and objectives of this paper are determined. Then, based on the analysis of the system requirements, clear functional goals and architecture of the public logistics information platform, and combined with the characteristics of SOA architecture, and at the strategic level, the overall architecture and service of logistics public information platform carried out a detailed plan, gives the technical architecture of logistics information platform in detail.

第1章 绪论

1.1 论文的研究背景及意义

现代物流的两大基础是科学管理与信息技术，由他们共同来完成综合性的物流服务。当中最核心的部分是对于物流信息的处理与利用水平，它的高低直接影响到物流服务的整体效率。面对日益复杂的市场环境以及不断增长的市场需求，采用先进的物流信息系统是物流企业为提高其生产作业效率，保持其竞争力的必然选择。一个优秀的物流信息平台能够对企业资源进行整合，提高物流工程的总体效率和竞争力，通过物流信息的互通，提供一个高效的、时刻通畅、高速度的物流环境。

从政府的角度看，建立公共物流信息平台，可以合理配置社会资源，提升物流效益，减少不必要支出，提升物流服务水平，对于政府进行宏观调控以及全社会物流信息化水平的提升都具有关键的作用。现阶段，SOA是物流信息平台的一个重要的架构模式和解决方案,SOA拥有极强集成和交互能力，可以完成物流企业内各种信息资源的共享，同时SOA的开放性还能够整合物流企业内从综复杂的数据与信息，提高其利用效率。

1.2 国内外研究现状

1.2.1 物流信息平台研究现状

对于物流信息平台的研究，国外开始的比较早，目前信息流的整合也已经达到了比较先进的水平，越来越多的学者也开始关注这方面的研究。本世纪初，Internal.D等人在其《现代物流企业中的信息流》一文里，阐述了物流信息平台的应用前景和对于物流企业的积极意义 ^[1]。在这之后，Brady.E、J,Fox.T和Gustine.M ,在2007年深入探讨了物流信息系统、物流信息平台对于物流的作用，物流信息的资源整合等问题 ^[2]。欧洲物流信息化专家Lancioni在其2009年发表的文章中研究了物流信息平台是如何提高企业效率并提升服务水平 ^[3]。Mat S.Abrahamson在2013年发表的 “信息平台的战略意义”一文中，提出了物流信息平台是物流企业掌握其信息流的核心要素，从而明确了信息平台对于企业的战略性意义 ^[4]。K.L.choy在2015年发表的“第三方物流与物流信息集成能力”的一文中，提出建立物流信息平台是新的现代物流交易模式，也是现代物流的发展方向 ^[5]。

这些物流信息平台研究起步较早的国家对物流服务模式、物流信息技术、物流平台模型等方面进行了广泛而深入的研究，并开发了一批物流公共信息平台，从1980年开始陆续投入了使用。比较典型的有欧洲的INTRARTIP、美国的FIRST、新加坡的Trade Net等。这些物流公共信息平台为社会生产管理效率的提高以及地区经济的发展产生了巨大的推动作用。
