第一章 结构选型及布置

1.1 工程概况及设计资料

1.1.1 工程概况

本课题名称为“南京市某中学河西分校信息中心楼设计”, 建筑功能要求满足普通中学的计算机教学等需要,工程地点位于南京市建邺区苍山路与兴隆大街交叉口的东北角,建筑面积约3400m2。该楼拟建主体4层,建筑平面尺寸45*18m,柱网尺寸、层高3.6m。

1.1.2 设计资料

1.气象资料

(1)基本风压值:W0=0.40KN/m2(2)基本雪压值:S0=0.65KN/m2

2.水文地质条件

拟建场地属于长江漫滩地貌单元。场地位于南京河西奥体大街南侧、融侨中央公园北侧,地形经人工改造后较平坦,水塘己被填积。勘探期间实测孔位地面标高最大值7.29m,最小值6.22m,地表相对高差1.07m。本区抗震设防烈度 7度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g,属抗震设计地震分组第一组,场地环境类别为Ⅱ类。

1-1层杂填土:褐色,或灰色,松散,主要由建筑垃圾组成,碎砖、碎石、混凝土块等硬杂质含量20~90%,地表局部见大块混凝土,填龄小于5年。场区普遍分布,厚度:0.80~7,40m,平均4.16m;层顶标高:5.67~10.75m,平均8.3lm。

1-1A层淤泥质素填土:灰色,流塑,淤泥质粉质粘土为主,填龄小于5年。场区局部分布,厚度:0.50~1.70m,平均1.08m;层顶标高:3.45~5.63m,平均4.25m:层顶埋深:1.70~3.80m,平均2.50m。

1-2层素填土:灰色,局部灰黄色,软塑,局部可塑,粉质粘土为主,含少碎砖等杂物,填龄大于10年。场区局部分布,厚度:0.50~2.00m,平均1.28m;层顶标高:2.47~6.1m,平均4.69m;层顶埋深:0.80~7.00m,平均3.33m。

2-2层淤泥质粉质粘土:灰色,流塑,稍有光泽,中等干强度,中等韧性,无摇震反应。场区普遍分布,厚度:1.00~6.80m,平均3.72m:层顶标高:0.74~5.47m,平均3.47m;层顶埋深:1.60~7.80m,平均4.77m。

2-3层粉土夹粉砂:灰色,稍密~中密,无光泽反应,低干强度,低韧性,摇震反应迅速。场区普遍分布,厚度:0.90~6.00m,平均3.06m;层顶标高:-2.73~1.82m,平均-0.20m;层顶埋深:5.90~11.20m,平均8.45m。

2-4层淤泥质粉质粘土夹薄层粉砂:灰色,流塑,稍有光泽,中等干强度,中等韧性,无摇震反应,夹薄层松散状态粉砂,具水平层理。场区普遍分布,厚度:1.30~10.OOm,平均7.28m;层顶标高:-8.03~0.52m,平均-3.22m;层顶埋深:7.70~15.00m,平均11.46m。

2-5层粉质粘土与粉砂互层:灰色,粉质粘土呈软~流塑状态,粉砂呈稍密或中密状态。场区普遍分布,厚度:1.50~11.30m,平均7.52m;层顶标高:-15.83~-7.27m,平均-11.95m;层顶埋深:14.50~24.00m,平均20.19m。

2-5A层粉砂夹粉土:灰色;中密,饱和,粉砂主要成分为石英、长石和少量云母,级配良好。场区局部缺失,厚度:0.50~5.40m,平均2.25m;层顶标高:-18.63~-7.78m,平均-10.80m;层顶埋深:16.00~26.00m,平均18.85m。

2-6层粉砂:灰色,中密,局部稍密,饱和,主要成分为石英、长石和少量云母,级配一般。场区普遍分布,厚度:0.80~5.10m,平均2.94m;层顶标高:-24.69~-16.40m,平均-19.86m;层顶埋深:22.60~31.50m,平均28.22m。

2-7层粉细砂:灰色,密实,饱和,主要成分为石英、长石和少量云母,级配良好。场区普遍分布,厚度:5.00~13.20m,平均8.26m;层顶标高:-25.86~-19.56m,平均-22.85m;层顶埋深:27.30~34.00,平均31.09m。

2-7A层粉质粘土夹粉砂:灰色,可塑,稍有光泽,中等干强度,中等韧性,无摇震反应,夹稍密粉砂。场区局部分布,厚度:0.60~6.40m,平均2.46m;层顶标高:-34.33~-28.7m,平均-31.llm;层顶埋深:37.20~42.10m,平均38.89m。

3层细砂:灰色,密实,饱和,主要成分为石英、长石和少量云母,级配良好。该层未穿透。3. 抗震设防烈度

本工程抗震设防类别为乙类、抗震设防烈度为7度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g。

4. 荷载资料

(1)楼面活载:查《建筑结构荷载规范》(GB50009-2012),确定信息楼楼面活荷载标准值为2.0KN/m2,实验楼走廊、楼梯楼面活荷载标准值为3.5KN/m2
   (2)上人屋面:活荷载标准值为2.0KN/m2
(3)屋面构造:

保护层:20MM厚1:2.5或M15水泥砂浆,表面应抹平压光,并设分隔缝。分割面积宜为1M2。

隔离层:200G/M2聚酯无纺布。
