摘 要
本工程为南京市六合区职校1#宿舍楼, 位于南京市六合区。
该公寓楼楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构,横向3跨,中间跨跨度3m。房屋总高约22.8m,共6层,各层层高均为3.3米,建筑场地约45m *18m,抗震设防烈度为7度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g。建筑立面规整,采用白色瓷砖装饰外墙,女儿墙实心砖砌筑,除正门为玻璃门外,其余均采用实木门,窗为塑钢窗。
本设计主要包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计,包括平面定位图设计、平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计。结构设计,框架结构设计主要包括:结构选型,梁、柱、墙等构件尺寸的确定,重力荷载计算、横向水平作用下框架结构的内力和侧移计算、纵向地震作用计算、水平地震作用下横向框架内力分析、竖向荷载作用下横向框架的内力分析、内力组合、截面设计、基础设计。其中,基础设计又包括基础选型、基础平面布置、地基计算等。
在设计中,认真贯彻了“适用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则,进一步掌握了建筑与结构设计全过程、基本方法和步骤。

第一章
1.1结构平面简图
本工程横向框架计算单元取图虚线斜线部分所示范围,框架的计算简图假定底层柱下端固定于基础。根据任务书给出该工程场地类型为Ⅱ类,地质条件较好,初步确定本工程采用柱下独立基础,挖去所有杂填土,基础置于第二层粉质粘土层上,基底标高为设计相对标高-3m。柱子高度为h1=3.3 1.8-0.6=4.5m(初步假设基础高度为0.6m),二~六层柱高为:h2~h6=3.3m。柱节点刚接,横梁的计算跨度取柱中心至中心间距离,三跨分别为:l=7500mm、3000mm、7500mm,计算简图如图2.3。
