摘 要

本工程为实际应用课题，名为宿迁小学木结构教学楼二区，地点在江苏省宿迁市。本次毕业设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。

建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，综合考虑地基环境、使用功能、综合选型、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等。着重解决了建筑物与周围环境、建筑物与各种细部构造、最终确定设计方案，画出建筑施工图。

结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案；选择合理的结构体系；进行结构布置，并初步估算，确定结构构件尺寸，进行结构计算。结构计算包括荷载计算、变形验算、内力分析及截面设计，并绘制相关的结构施工图。

ABSTRACT

This project is the practical application of the subject, named Suqian primary school wood structure teaching building two district, located in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province. The graduation design includes architectural design and structural design in two parts. Architectural design is under the premise of the overall planning, according to the requirements of the design task book, taking into account the foundation environment, the use of functions, comprehensive selection, construction, materials, construction equipment, architectural art and economy. Focus on the building and the surrounding environment, buildings and a variety of detailed structure, and ultimately determine the design, draw the construction drawings.

Structure design is based on the preliminary design of the building to determine the structure of the program; elect a reasonable structure system; structural arrangements, and preliminary estimates to determine the size of structural components, the structure of the calculation. Structural calculations include load calculation, deformation checking, internal force analysis and cross-section design, and draw the relevant structural construction drawings.

本工程为实际应用课题，地点在江苏省宿迁市，工程为六层梁柱框架式木结构小学，建筑结构的安全等级为二级、地基基础设计等级为丙级。层高3m，建筑场地约为50.0m×9.5m，总建筑面积约为2900m²，按照勘察报告，建筑物场地类别Ⅲ类、近震，建议采用柱下独立基础。平立面图如下：
