摘 要
2左右,建筑层数为为6层,层高均为3.3m。建筑轴线长度为48.0m,宽度为17.1m。该办公楼设有办公室、阅览室、卫生间、会议室、传讯室、档案室。建筑布局采用內廊式。结构采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,框架为三跨。该办公楼建筑耐久等级为2级,防火等级为1级,抗震设防烈度为7度(设计地震加速度为0.10g),设计地震分组为第一组。地基持力层为粉土,基础埋深定为2.2m,无软弱下卧层。基本风压为0.55kN/m2,基本雪压为0.5kN/m2。
设计基本步骤是:首先,确定建筑方案,选用建筑材料和做法,确定柱网布置,构件尺寸,确定结构计算简图;然后,计算作用在一榀框架上恒载、活载、风载和地震作用;再分别计算这四种作用下的框架内力;再将这些内力值按内力组合规则组合,得到最不利的内力组合;根据最不利内力组合设计框架柱截面和框架梁截面;最后设计楼板、楼梯和基础。

Qijing Creative Office Building
Abstract: This project is designed for an office building in a southern city. The total construction area is about 5000m2, the number of building floors is 6 and the height of each floor is 3.3m. The length of the building axis is 48.0m and the width is 17.1m. The office building has offices, reading rooms, toilets, meeting rooms, communication rooms, and archive rooms. The building layout adopts the inner corridor style. The structure adopts reinforced concrete frame structure with three spans. The office building has a durability rating of 2 and a fire rating of 1. The seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees (the design earthquake acceleration is 0.10g), and the design earthquake is grouped into the first group. The foundation supporting layer is silt, and the foundation burial depth is set to 2.2m, and there is no weak underlying layer. Basic wind pressure is 0.55kN/m2,basicSnow pressure is 0.5kN/m2.The basic steps of the design are: first, determine the architectural plan, select building materials and practices, determine the layout of the column network, the size of the members, and determine the structural calculation diagram; then, calculate the dead load, live load, wind load and earthquake on the frame Function; calculate the internal force of the frame under these four actions separately; then combine these internal force values according to the internal force combination rule to obtain the most unfavorable internal force combination; design the frame column section and frame beam section according to the most unfavorable internal force combination; finally design the floor, Stairs and foundation.

1.1工程概况
本建筑系位于南方某市的办公楼,六层钢筋混凝土框架结构,主要房间开间4.8m,进深7.2m,层高3.3m。建筑轴线长度为48.0m,宽度为17.1m,总建筑面积5022.825m2。
