山东烟台莱山某商场设计(方案二)毕业论文

摘 要

本工程为商场工程,采用框架结构,主体为三层,本地区抗震设防烈度为7度,场地类别为I类场地。基本风压0.55kN/m2,基本雪压0.4kN/m2。屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。

本设计贯彻“实用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则。按照建筑设计规范,认真考虑影响设计的各项因素。

本设计主要进行了结构方案中横向框架第5榀抗震设计。在确定框架布局之后,先进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,接着利用顶点位移法求出自震周期,进而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用大小进而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)接着计算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的结构内力。找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合。选取最安全的结果计算配筋并绘图。此外还进行了结构方案中的室内楼梯的设计。完成了平台板,梯段板,平台梁等构件的内力和配筋计算及施工图绘制。对楼板进行了配筋计算,本设计采用柱下独立基础。

整个结构在设计过程中,严格遵循相关的专业规范的要求,参考相关资料和有关最新的国家标准规范,对设计的各个环节进行综合全面的科学性考虑。总之,适用、安全、经济、使用方便是本设计的原则。设计合理可行的建筑结构方案是现场施工的重要依据。

Abstract

This project is a shopping mall project, using a frame structure, the main body is three layers, the earthquake fortification intensity in this area is 7 degrees, and the site category is a type I site. Basic air pressure 0.55kN/m2, basic snow pressure 0.4kN/m2. Roofs are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures.

This design implements the "practical, safe, economical, and beautiful" design principles. According to the architectural design code, seriously consider the factors that affect the design.

This design mainly performs the 5th seismic design of the transverse frame in the structural scheme. After determining the layout of the frame, the calculation of the representative values ​​of the load between the layers was performed first. Then the period of the self-seismic was calculated using the apex displacement method, and then the magnitude of the horizontal seismic load was calculated according to the bottom shear method to determine the structure under the horizontal load. Internal forces (bending moment, shear force, axial force) are then calculated for the internal forces of the structure under vertical load (durable and live loads). Find the most unfavorable group or sets of internal forces. Select the safest results to calculate reinforcement and draw. In addition, the design of the interior stairs in the structural plan was also carried out. Completion of the internal force and reinforcement calculations and construction drawing of the platform plate, the ladder plate, the platform beam and other components. Reinforcements were calculated for the floor slabs. This design uses an independent foundation under the column.

During the design process, the entire structure strictly follows the requirements of related professional standards, and refers to related materials and relevant latest national standards and regulations, and comprehensive and scientific considerations are made for all aspects of the design. In short, application, safety, economy, and ease of use are the principles of this design. The design of a reasonable and feasible architectural structure scheme is an important basis for on-site construction.

工程名称:山东烟台莱山某商场设计(方案二)

本工程位于山东烟台莱山,为商场。建筑层数为三层,建筑场地39.5x20.0m。建筑高度约为15m。结构形式为3跨框架结构。建筑安全等级为二级,设计使用年限为50年。

1.1气象资料

  1. 基本风压值 w0=0.55kN/m2
  2. 基本雪压值 s0=0.4kN/m2

1.2水文地质条件

建筑场地为I类,地基基础设计等级为丙级;建筑抗震设防类别为为重点设防类(即丙类),抗震设防烈度为7度(基本地震加速度为0.10g地震分组为第一组。

1.3荷载资料

  1. 商场楼面活荷载,查《建筑结构荷载规范》GB50009-2012,确定商场楼面活荷载标准值为3.5kN/m2
  2. 上人屋面:活荷载标准值为2.0kN/m2
  3. 屋面构造:

保护层:20mm厚1:2.5或M15水泥砂浆,表面应抹平压光。隔离层:200g/m2聚酯无纺布。
