镇江句容某小区配套商业菜场(方案一)毕业论文

摘 要
本工程为镇江句容某小区配套商业菜场,建筑设计为三层。建筑采用比较规则的柱网设计,为办公空间的灵活组合划分提供条件,亦对工程造价提供了较为经济的的方案。本工程结构设计采用多层钢筋混凝土框架结构,基本步骤为:结构计算简图的确定;荷载计算;内力分析;内力组合;梁、柱截面配筋、板的设计、基础的设计以及结构施工图的绘制等。其中,内力计算只考虑恒荷载和活荷载;柱、板的设计采用弹性理论;梁的设计采用塑性理论;基础选用柱下独立基础。在进行截面设计时,遵循了强剪弱弯,强柱弱梁,强节点弱构件的设计原则,且满足构造要求,除对本框架进行手算外,还利用了PKPM 对本结构进行了电算。
本设计从建筑到结构是一个较为完整的设计过程,通过毕业设计复习和巩固了以前所学知识,把主要课程联系成一个完整的体系,并运用于设计中;本次毕业设计培养了我进行独立设计的基本能力,为毕业后的工作打下了坚实的基础。

This project is Zhenjiang Jurong a district supporting commercial farms, architectural design for the three. The building uses a more regular column network design, for the flexible combination of office space to provide the conditions for the project cost also provides a more economical program. The design from the building to the structure is a relatively complete design process, through the graduation design review and consolidate the previous knowledge, the main courses linked into a complete system, and applied to the design; this graduation designed to train me The basic ability of independent design, laid the foundation for the work after graduation.

1.1 结构初选
梁柱混凝土均采用C30级(fc=14.3N/mm2),梁、柱纵筋采用HRB400级(fy=fy’=360 N/mm2),梁柱箍筋和板中钢筋均采用HPB300级(fy=fy’=270 N/mm2)。
