摘要：随着城市给排水技术的日益成熟以及社会对城市给排水设计提出的更为严格的要求，城市给排水设计尤其是城市生活污水的处理显得尤为迫切。本文通过城市给水、城市排水、城市污水处理等现状方面的研究，探讨如何利用现有的新材料，新设备和新工艺实现城市污水处理的设计，以达到节约水资源，节能减排的目的。

Abstract: With the urban water supply and drainage as well as new technologies become more sophisticated design of the community's water supply and drainage requirements more stringent, the optimal design of urban water supply and drainage in urban sewage treatment is particularly urgent. In this paper, water supply, city drainage, wastewater treatment of the current situation to explore the use of existing and new materials, new equipment and new technology to achieve optimal design of wastewater treatment in order to achieve conservation of water resources, the purpose of energy saving .

一、城市给水现状

（1）在给水系统中，地下水源所占比重不断减少，而且大多数水源由于水量不足、水质不符合生产生活的要求，使给水工程中出现了大量的长距离饮水现象，严重影响人们的生产生活。

（2）城市生活产生的生活污水和工业污水经简单处理就直接排入周边水体，造成污染，影响城市给水。

（3）大多数城市水厂的水处理工艺比较简单基础，很少深度处理，直接影响饮用水的水质。^[1]
