安庆市东部新城10万吨/天自来水厂设计毕业论文

摘 要

自来水厂是城市重要的服务性基础设施,直接关系到人民的生活与生产。本设计根据设计任务书原始资料,对安徽安庆市东部新城给水工程进行了设计。工程设计范围包括自来水厂、泵站及管网三个部分。自来水厂规模为10万立方米/日,取水水源为长江。根据水源水质情况,经过方案比选,确定水厂采用混凝、沉淀、臭氧氧化、活性炭吸附、过滤、消毒的净水工艺及各处理单元的构筑物形式,即原水经管式静态混合器进入机械絮凝池、斜板沉淀池、臭氧接触池、上向流活性炭滤池、普通快滤池,经液氯消毒后进清水池,由二级泵站进入城市供水管网。供水管网采用环状网,保证了供水可靠性,又力求管线最短距离,节约经济。本设计主要内容有:供水管网设计,水泵及泵站设计,净水工艺流程方案比选及构筑物设计,排泥处理设计,水厂平面布置,工艺流程高程布置,水厂内生产管线、排水管线、雨污水管线布置等。

Abstract

Water plant is an important urban service infrastructure, which is directly related to people's life and production. According to the original data of the design specification, the design of the water supply project of the eastern new town of Anqing City, Anhui Province is carried out. The scope of engineering design includes three parts: water plant, pump station and pipe network. The scale of the water plant is 100000 m3/day, and the water source is the Yangtze River. According to the water quality of the water source, through scheme comparison and selection, it is determined that the water purification process of coagulation, sedimentation, ozone oxidation, activated carbon adsorption, filtration and disinfection and the structure form of each treatment unit are adopted in the water plant, that is, the raw water enters the mechanical flocculation tank, inclined plate sedimentation tank, ozone contact tank, upflow activated carbon filter, ordinary fast filter through the tubular static mixer, and then enters the clean water after being disinfected by liquid chlorine The water pool enters the urban water supply network from the secondary pump station. The circular network is adopted in the water supply network, which ensures the reliability of water supply, and strives for the shortest distance of pipeline, saving economy. The main contents of this design include: water supply pipe network design, water pump and pump station design, water purification process scheme comparison and selection and structure design, sludge discharge treatment design, water plant layout, process elevation layout, production pipeline, drainage pipeline, rainwater and sewage pipeline layout, etc.
